Josh and his team, Ryan and Tyler, did an outstanding job trimming the beetle infected branches and draught damaged branches from our row of Cryptomeria trees.

They took great care to save as much of the trees as possible as we did not want to cut down the row that provides privacy on our property line.

Josh kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the result. They did a thorough job of cleaning up the site when the job was done.

I needed to remove a big tree and reached out to several companies in town for quotes. Pro Tree Service was the first one responded, and their estimate provided the best value. They even offered to work on a weekend without extra charge. Kyle was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to work with me on special requests. Charna was very nice and patient on the phone, and returned my messages promptly. The crew did a great job removing the tree and cleaning up the area. Just like the previous time ProTree did a job for me, I was very pleased with the work, and also with the personnel (Charlie did my quote, Josh was the foreman on my recent job) — the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my job was scheduled for 8am Monday, I rearranged my schedule to be there then, and they didn’t show up and nobody called me. At 9:15, I called and Kyle was not reachable to find out where the crew was. At 11:30, I called again — this time Kyle called me back quickly, said they were finishing up a Saturday job and would be at my job in the afternoon. They came at 3:00, and did a great job.

Just WOW!!! There needs to be more stars to give because 5 isn't enough. Not only were they far less expensive than the four other quotes we received (like thousands cheaper), but they were quick, tidy and super professional. I'm telling everyone I know.

It was an amazing experience to watch these people show up with all their equipment and their entire crew. They were able to manipulate the machines in the smallest places without destroying anything! I cannot say enough, good things about Daniel and his crew and the people that came and did the work. If you ever need Tree Service if you ever need professionals competent and obviously well trained? Call them.

Kyle was very helpful, informative and detailed in providing a very reasonable estimate for the work. He showed up early as scheduled with a full crew (at least six guys all day and a few others including himself for significant periods of time) and all the necessary equipment. I noticed Kyle carefully instructing the crew on the work to be done - removal of 9 large pine, and a large, dead cherry tree, as well as trimming an oak.

The trees were all on all sides of my house & small lot. Travis and the rest of the crew worked carefully and diligently all day, and behaved in a very professional and respectful manner the entire day, including communicating with me as they needed clarification or needed to adjust their approach on some things.

Kyle was in and out all day, obviously proving good supervision, and often helping out with the work.

Everything went as expected, and despite so-so weather, they did a great job on the stump grinding and clean-up too.

I will only use Pro Tree Service. You can trust your property will be in safe hands. I received multiple quotes from other tree services and Pro Trees gave me the most reasonable price. When they completed the work. They left and everything was so clean and professionally done is was as if they were never there. I forgot I even had trees there because of how good of a job the did. Waverly Hills- is the home to big old trees, beautiful homes, and bad cell signals. Tree removal in Waverly can be expensive and difficult to accomplish. Pro tree was able to economically and safely remove a massive pine tree. They were also flexible enough to cut a extra branches and clean the entire jobsite. The blowing of my roof as they left was a very nice touch.
