We used Big Bend Tree Service to remove 5 trees on our property. Scott came out and gave us a quote within a couple of days of requesting a quote and the crew was out doing the work the very next week. We got quotes from 3 other companies and Big Bend was the best on price. Five trees were cut down and all the brush was removed all within 24 hours. The crew left my yard as clean as when they arrived. I'm only calling Big Bend next time I need more trees taken out.

After the recent storms, I realized that I had two dead trees tucked into the power lines that needed to be removed. I also have 9 tall cabbage palms that had never been trimmed and were constantly causing a mess by dropping fronds and berries everywhere. I received several quotes and the plan from BBTS was the most comprehensive, made the most sense, and was a bit cheaper than other quotes, especially given that the estimate also included trimming a giant water oak branch off my shed. Scott was great and clearly knows what he's doing. I really appreciated his orientation that we all need to be better stewards of the trees versus a "cut them all down" type approach.

The team was extremely professional and knowledgable. They expertly removed a giant pine that had fused to a water oak., trimmed the palms, and cleaned up everything off the shed. They were in an out in a day and took all the yard debris with them. The yard looks great and is even drying out behind the shed (which I didn't think would happen), my trees are so much happier and healthier now, and I'm no longer worried that my trees will take out my house or power for the neighborhood when it rains!

I had a very difficult tree to remove. Big Bend Tree Service did a fantastic job removing the Tree. The price was very fair. They were on time and were very professional. The next day I did not even know the tree was gone. I have had many trees removed in the past but have never had a clean up so well done. This is a true 5 star company. It’s been a while, but Kenny and his crew took down several very difficult trees. They even had to use a boat to haul away some of the debris. He is a stand up guy, very skilled, who shows up when he says he will and charges what he said he would. This is a good, local tree company. We’ve used them for smaller jobs and always feel satisfied. Definitely recommend Big Bend and Kenny Walker!

One of the best experiences ever had by a company that has done work at our home. Everyone working was so courtious and went above and beyond in the line of their job. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing tree work done. Price was well under 2 other companies as well.

From weekend emergency response and removal of a fallen limb to prompt scheduling for removal of the risky trees shedding onto the house, our experience with Big Bend Tree Service has been outstanding. They carefully noted the locations of drain fields and sprinkler lines and set up their equipment (crane, lifts tractor, loader, grinder) in a thoughtful, responsive manner. They hauled off as they went, leaving the property cleaner than they found it - including blowing off the roof. The price was fair. Every crew member we spoke with was professional, compassionate, and considerate of us. We are glad we were referred to them, glad we selected them, and highly recommend them to you.

Mr. Scott came out himself and did the estimate.... and I must say it was REASONABLE. I expected to pay much more for the work that needed to be done. Mr. Tyler and his crew showed up the morning the task was to be completed on time and promptly started working. They all worked together and very well at that. I will definitely use Big Bend Tree Service again. And I definitely recommend them for all your tree cutting no matter how difficult the job my look.

I recently had a total of 25 diseased and damaged trees removed from my property in anticipation of the upcoming hurricane season. After talking with and obtaining proposals from several companies I hired Big Bend Tree Service. I made the right decision. They provided a fair price and went beyond expectations. I found their crew to be professional, efficient and attentive to minimizing damage to my property. The team was well staffed and had all the equipment required on site. They completed their work in three days, grinding stumps, and removing all debris.

The crew of three were professional, courteous and no nonsense. The equipment was up to date and clean. The pricing was the most competitive. And when they were done the completely cleaned up. I will definitely use them again.

Everything proposed by Scott was exactly completed in the utmost professional fashion. From the trimming, to the cutting down of trees, to the grinding of stumps and removing all debris. My yard was left in a pristine manner and all my personal possessions were left untouched and unbroken. They were like surgeons on a surgery table. They let me observe all the work they were doing without telling me to get inside my house or leave the area. They worked transparently, professionally and rather quickly! By far the best tree service in town! I have used Big Bend Tree Service 2 times in the past couple of years. Both times, there were oak trees hanging over my roof, requiring careful removal. They did an excellent job both times, safely removing the trees and grinding stumps. They have excellent communication and are very honest. They also offer a very fair and competitive pricing that is hard to beat.

Big Bend Tree Service work was beyond my expectations and the best tree service I have had and best price. Kenny and his crew worked fast, thoroughly and safely, even raked up small debris. They cut down carefully an over 150 feet tall sweet gum tree that was rotted internally from the top down into the root system with a crane, cables and chainsaws. Days earlier Kenny, while assessing the work I needed done, noticed that an oak tree, growing in a bank near my home, had a limb larger than the trunk leaning toward my home and it had exposed roots in front of the bank. This oak was in line with all the major appliances in my home. Kenny's observance of a potential danger made me feel safe. Even though this large limb grew upward about 100 feet, the fee to have it removed was small. They also removed mimosa trees, and magnolia saplings and trimmed a fig tree as a bonus. Nicole in the office was helpful with answers to my questions and relayed messages to Kenny. The whole crew was very professional and they have great attitudes. This is third time we have used Big Bend and they are great. The crew works fast and hard and they do a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The 90 foot lift they use keeps them from having to rent a crane and that thing is awesome.
