Waters tree service came out the same I called. Gave a very reasonable quote. They were kind and courteous and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

Terry responded quickly and came out to look at the job. We discussed what will be done and price. Price was higher than we wanted but because of the quick response, and he was suggested by family, so we went with him. Did not know that the job wasn't finished with family, neither has our job been finished. We didn't get everything discussed in the quote, and two months out, he still hasn't finished the job as far as the removal of debris. The company he suggested to come pick up the debris cannot get to it without tearing up the yard. Many calls and text to move at least one pile closer for pick up but no response. Looking for someone to finish the job. --- The story is absolutely straight, removal was part of the agreement. DW Hauling told me they would not drive through the yard, have tree guy move the heaviest debris pile to a better location to avoid damaging the yard.

Mr. Waters responded immediately when I contacted him. He came out the same day, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. He and his crew came the following day and ended up doing more than I expected for the price we agreed upon. Very time-efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Efficient, accurate work. I have a congested yard under a very mature oak, Terry and his guys laid the limbs down with no problems. He was able to quote and complete same day, and has all the equipment for larger scale projects. Will use in the future.

We were more than pleased with the work done by Waters Tree Service! Terry and his team dealt with some incredibly challenging pine trees that were close enough to threaten our house as well as numerous other trees that needed to come down. Not only were they efficient, but it actually was entertaining just watching how they communicated and worked as a team! They were fast, cautious and professional. Perhaps the icing on the cake was the unbelievable amount of effort that they put into cleaning up our yard. Not just a little bit of picking up limbs, but leveling and raking the areas where the trees had been removed and the stumps ground down. Couple that with a seriously fair price and we cannot recommend them more highly!
As an aside, some our neighbors saw the quality of the work that Terry and his team performed…and another half-dozen jobs came his way!

I hired Terry Waters to cut down and remove six diseased Dogwood tress from my yard on 2/11/2026. He and his one helper came to my home and cut down (some were pushed over) these trees very efficiently and piled the debris in two stacks in front of my home on my property. Their cleanup was immaculate and if the story ended there, I would be giving them an A+ rating instead of an F. But as beloved TV commentator Paul Harvey would say "here is the rest of the story." Terry or no one else associated with Waters Tree service ever returned to remove the debris, even though he was fully paid to do so. Therefore I am giving him an F, as in failure to complete the agreed upon task by not removing the debris. F, as in failure to communicate with me (ghosted me to his voicemail and never returned my phone calls). F, as in failure to live up to his word by being trustworthy as a licensed professional. His dishonest and disrespectful actions remind me of the American rock classic "Go on take the money and run, hoo..hoo..hoo."

Highly highly recommend to anyone looking to get their trees pruned or cut. Terry and his team are proffesionals in their field of work, with years of experience. Had to get 2 large hickory trees removed and some pruning on an oak. They work with your schedule and get the job done in time. His prices were the best compared to other tree cutting services quotes. Absolutely nothing negative to say about his growing business.

Remodeling is a headache but they made it an easy process. Great, honest folks. As an almost 60 year I worry about being taken advantage of but these folks are great! Prices were very fair, work quality was top tier. My new go-to for all my remodel needs. My new French doors look amazing.

So grateful to Jacob and Devon from Fielder Tree Service for all of the help they provided for my parents. Their geriatric cat somehow got out, and was spooked into a tree. After spending all night outside with my mother trying to coax her down, it seemed that she was too weak and frightened to make it down on her own. With time running out for kitty, Jacob and Devin arrived and did a phenomenal job getting her out. Thank you for everything you did, and thank you to everyone at Fielders. Great work by Fielder. Dalton and his crew were great. They took down a very large diseased pine tree quickly and safely. They cleaned up the area and ground the stump very neatly. Very pleased with their work.

What an honest company. Can’t thank them enough for helping me with a few smaller limbs. They didn’t price gouge or say we have a minimum like some of the other companies. They just came over and quickly cleared up the problem. Very grateful for their kindness and support.

The crew from Fielder Tree Service trimmed a Live Oak Cluster and a Laurel Oak for me today. Cannot say enough about the crew, how professional they were. They were prompt, caring, respectful of the property, and very polite individuals. Although they had an equipment failure, Another piece of equipment was delivered, and they finished the job and left my house and yard looking better than when they arrived!
My trees actually look much better than I had imagined.
