I have used Cricket's several times throughout the years. They are always dependable, neat and very professional. It is nice to do business, as it used to be, with a handshake. I still have several large pines in my yard, and when they need taking down, I will again call Cricket's.

I had about 4 quotes and they were the least expensive. Dale met with me and we went over everything. Clean up was great. You couldn't even hardly tell they were there. They even blew the roof and driveway off and used plywood to protect my driveway. Highly recommended.

Cricket's removed 9 huge trees (pine and oak) from our home on two occasions and 3 damaged oaks from our commercial property on 3 occasions. They delivered 100% professional, safe, take-down and removal. We were extremely satisfied. Could not ask for more!

Cricket tree service removed a very large red oak from my back yard. They showed up on time. Took our fence down inorder to get the huge crane into the backyard taking care to do as little damage as possible to the grass and yard. They then ground the stump down so that we can't even tell that a tree was there. Afterwards they cleaned up the area and raked it so you can hardly tell that they were here. Then they put the fence back. Amazing.
They also trimmed up some limbs from the oak trees that had branches hanging over our outside studio and removed two other oak trees from the front yard as well as trimming our mulberry tree away from the utility lines. They were courteous, hardworking, and took great care to make sure things were left in good condition after they left. I would definitely use them again.

Cricket's was wonderful to work with! They are great with communication and promptness. They will honestly tell you when a tree is healthy and can stay put and when you need to have it taken out. I would give them more stars if I could!

Cricket Tree Service removed 1 large tree, then removed 3+ large limbs from a very large/tall (100 ft+) cherry tree and then shaped up our holly tree in the front yard.

They did a FANTASTIC JOB and the clean up was great!

We had them remove a large water oak from our front yard. The tree was about 10-12 feet from the front of our house. I was a little concerned about possible damage, not necessarily to the house but to multiple trees that surrounded the water oak. Not one tree or bush was damaged. Everything was hauled off and the stump was ground down. I called them to come back and remove a few roots that were left and they were more than happy to send a guy out to take care of it. These guys are professionals. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them for tree removal.

This is not the first time we used this great company. As usual they did a fantastic job after Hurricane Michael. A friendly hard working crew and the clean up is unmatched. Would never think of using any other tree company. Would highly recommend to anyone. A special thank you to Laura who has worked so tirelessly through this, for her patience and understanding.

Cricket's exceeded my expectations when they removed two hazardous trees from our yard.! They were friendly, thorough, and timely! They cleaned up all debris and did complete stump removal right down to bagging and hailing off stump shavings! They even cleaned off my ramp! I highly recommend them for tree services!

Cricket team showed on time on the scheduled day, which was the day after tropical storm Fred! They took 1/2 hour to get setup with the crane and their gear, and then they had over 5 trees down before noon! They came back after lunch to finish a large tree in our backyard that had to be cut down limb at a time due to the proximity to our pool and the neighbors fence! All done without incident! The crew was professional and thorough! They even trimmed a couple branches on a tree that was not part of the project. There were mounds of branches and trunks piled in both our yard and the neighbors yard, but by 4:30 that day all that debris was cleaned up, yards raked, roof, yard, and driveway all blown off!

From my initial call to Cricket, to the final cleanup I was nothing but impressed with their thoroughness, professionalism, and courtesy!

The crew was very professional; they did a very good job and they cleaned the debris. Specially commend the awesome customer service that I received from the office; the lady called me to let me know that the crew had finished a job sooner than anticipated and they were in my area if I would be ok with them coming to my house. I was expecting them to come three weeks later which made me very happy! Highly recommend them.

Hurricane Idalia dropped three trees on our property including two pretty big live oaks. Two of the trees and one of the live oaks fell on our house. Let me just say that when I got home from work after having crickets tree service clear out said trees, it was as if they had never been there….other than all the trees being gone. Wow! Cricket is awesome. They did amazing work for a very fair price. We had some challenging circumstances, with trees that were difficult to get to, and some that were difficult to remove out of the yard; they were completely up to the challenge. They took a tree off of our roof, so promptly after the last hurricane, and recently spent 2 days removing quite a few threatening ones, and as well as some landscape redesigns. Hopefully we won't need their services for a while, but I keep their number on my cell phone just in case. Thank you Cricket!

We had a bunch of trees that needed to be removed. Most were smaller trees but we did have over 7 large trees that needed to be removed. We got quotes and Cricket had the best price. With that being said I don't feel we lost anything. They told us we were 3 weeks out and they came in that time frame. My mother in law was home and she stated they were very professional and nice. She said Shannon was amazing. Dale stopped by a few days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction . We are very pleased with the outcome.
