I'm a real estate agent and needed help with knowing how much a repair would be so a client could make a decision on whether to repair a range or just get a new one. Called D & J and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and gave me the answers I needed for my client when he didn't have to. Will definitely call this company again to use when a repair is needed.

Great experience with our washer repair. David came out and diagnosed our washing machine and was able to get it repaired on the same visit. We are very happy because we thought we were going to have to buy a new washer. Thanks again D&J Appliance repair.

I was panicking because I thought I would lose all my freezer food. When I called my old appliance repair company they were not taking appointments until after January. No longer my repair company. Dave was able to fix the fridge. What a relief. He is amazing. Love him. They are my go to repair company from now on.

David repaired my AC. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked neatly and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving. Would highly recommend him for any appliance need you may have.

Our Samsung fridge had stopped working. We Called D&J appliance Repair for the first time. After we called Dave came within one hour. He diagnosed the issue, corrected it and fairly charged. He is a keeper.

This guy came to check my washer machine and didn’t even had the right tools to do the job, he rescheduled an appointment for the next day and never shows up again; No answering the business phone or even his personal one that he gave me that morning. Total waste of time and still got a damaged washer… really unprofessional and disrespectful to other people’s time. I’ve learn that things have to be done right or not do them at all, I recommend this guy to close the business for good, it’s way better for society.

The Technician was not only Professional and Knowledgeable, but he took the time to explain what caused the issue with my refrigerator. He explained what he needed to do to remedy my problem. He was second to none.
D & J Appliance was the 3rd service company called for the same issue. The Technician that came out to handle my repair, not once ever said anything negative about the prior Technicians, but what he did was ensured me that my problem would be fixed.
I thank you for your caring and commitment to ensuring that my family needs would be met by fixing my refrigerator.
I WILL not use anyone else if I need any work done in the future.

I'm so happy I found this place and had them come and repair my free standing ice maker. This appliance is not easy and yet they knew what they were doing. They came the very next day and did a great job letting me know what was going on and what needed to be done. I would use them again and again as needed. Quick service with a smile.

My repair guy was Norman. He showed up on time and got to work right away. I appreciated him taking his time to educate me on the problem and ways to avoid it happening again.

It was worth the price and I would definitely used them again.

Our refrigerator was not working when Dave came on the same day to diagnose the problem. Dave gave us an honest diagnosis and we decided to have him fix our refrigerator. Before the company moved to FL, David was only one I called, when I needed any type of work done in my NJ home. They have not once been late and I have not once be unsatisfied with their service. I don’t know where to start because I’m really impressed, they when after an hour of my call, did the job fast and at an excellent price, they sent me the invoice and that was it. It was done in two hours. I do property management and it is never like that it is always back and forward with other companies. I’m really happy, impressed and kind of amazed with this company. I give them ZERO stars.Totally UNRELIABLE company. They stood me up for 4 hours on 2 different days, waiting for a service call. 8 hours totally wasted. The first day they never even bothered to call. The 2nd day, they finally called 1 hour and 45 minutes AFTER the latest time they had given me. I told them to forget it. I'll look for a company I can rely on to make their appointment times. They gave 4 hour "windows" and STILL can't make it on time. Don't waste your time with this UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company.

I called D &J Appliance Repair in a panic because my refrigerator had stopped running and I was fearful of losing my frozen and refrigerated food. The repairman, Dave, arrived very quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Dave was personable, professional and knowledgeable. The bill for services he tendered was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend D & J to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Best repair company I've ever used. Our repair person came when he said he would, was polite and professional. He thought (as did we) that we needed a part replaced. He came back with a new part that, wasn't working at all so he put it back together with the old one. Apparently something was just loose because it worked fine after that so he refunded the extra charge for the part right away. How honest is that!

The technician David was puntual and right on time. Here was very helpful in answering all my questions and also recommended so cost cutting measures for future issues and preventative maintence. He was very knowledgeable and a real asset to D&J, would recommend him especially to my friends...awesome job Dave.

My Thermador freezer stopped working. I saw D&J had good reviews so I gave them a call. David was very professional and came out right away. He diagnosed the problem. I called Thermador and their estimate was 30% higher so I gave the job to David.
He came out right away and did a great job.
I would recommend him in the future.
