D and J went above and beyond. Dave was honest and helped us save $500 by telling us to contact LG to get a new compressor under warranty. LG was difficult to work with, but Dave helped us out throughout the whole warranty process. They are very professional and easy to get in communication with. I would highly recommend this company. I’ll be calling Dave for any future repairs on any appliances.

I was very impressed with the attention to details and the level of mastery demonstrated by Dave when he repaired my built in refrigerator. He was very resourceful and utilized other parts from newer models to remedied the situation, as some of my model older parts were no longer supported. Another company came and left me the bad news as they could not handle it. Dave stepped in and saved me thousands of dollars (7k to be exact to replace) and the work was at the highest level of craftsmanship. And it was done in only a few hours at a bargain price. My refrigerator is working the best ever. I wish I could give you 10 stars as it would be well deserved. Thanks Dave

We just had Dave come out to fix our Whirlpool refrigerator (10/23/19). He analyzed the problem in less than 5 min. He had to drive to Miami & come back w/the proper fan for our model, but it was well worth it.

I could not be happier with the service I received! The repairman was there in less than an hour after I called to have my dryer fixed, a part was ordered that he said would be 3 days. The next day he called that the part was in and he was at my home in less than an hour again. The next day my oven broke and I called and he was there in about an hour and fixed it! Excellent service and professionalism. I will be recommending this company to all my friends.

A gentleman named Norman showed up the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to fix my induction stove. I had paid for three other people before but they collected their fees and were not able to fix the issue. I am very happy with service they provided.

We called D&J repair because our LG refrigerator stopped working. We initially tried going through the manufacturer but they were not helpful nor responsive to a quick visit. Dave came out and immediately and knew it was a compressor issue once he took the back off the refrigerator. He gave us a quote and we were thinking we were more likely going to buy a new refrigerator. After realizing the cost to replace with a brand new refrigerator, we opted to repair it. I am very happy that we did because Dave did such an amazing job and a quick turnaround. Plus, the cost of a new refrigerator would have been thousands more in comparison to what we were looking for. We now have a working refrigerator and freezer and we are not stressed anymore. Thank you Dave for being great at what you do! I also appreciate how it took half the time to do the repair than what I initially thought. I would definitely suggest this company, specifically Dave to do the visit.

Feb 2024 Update. These guys are incredible!! I have. used them several times since last review. Recently, washing machine was acting up. Dave came out to fix. He diagnosed problem, found another issue and repaired that as well. OUTSTANDING job. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Trust worthy, professional.

I contacted DJ Alliance Repair for a technical issue with my refrigerator. The representative offered superb advice. I highly recommend their services for any appliance problems. The technician impressed me with his trustworthy demeanor and appeared to have decades of experience, ensuring that I felt confident in the guidance provided.

The service person was pleasant, however, I was advised that the part needed for my repair was no longer available for my washing machine. The only part he could find was $450. Of we both agreed that I could purchase another machine for that price. I paid the service fee, but did some research myself. I called LG and they suggested I try searching online for the part and was able to find several other small companies that actually had my part. I ordered the part and had it installed and my washing machine is working. Don't waste your time with this company. I wish I would have never contacted them.

They arrived on time, inspected and told me the damage was too intense to repair. Could not have been more kind or thorough.

I'm happy with the ice maker repair that technician Dave from D&J Appliance Repair did for me. Dave was at my home within a few hours of calling the company by phone. Dave was knowledgeable and efficient in making the repair. I needed a new motherboard for the side by side refrigerator that held the ice maker. Dave had to take a trip to the warehouse to get the motherboard once he determined that was the problem. When he returned, it was a simple replacement and we had ice again!
