My tenant called me saying that the water heater is not working and he could not receive any hot water. I scrambled trying to find someone to go out to the property. I stumbled upon CEC Plumbing and boy am I glad I did. The technician met me at Home Depot and took the new tank over to my property and installed it in record time. The hot water was back on in no time. My tenant was happy and I was very happy with the service I received. Easy 5 stars!!!!! They are now my go to company if I have any future plumbing issues.

Picked up the phone right away and had someone there the next morning. Very timely service. Arrived as promised, diagnosed the issue, communicated well, and fixed the issue quickly. Easy payment process. Would recommend.

Thanks to Stephen Long for offering to start immediately to find the source of my water leak. He finally pinpointed the source and I made an appointment for it to be fixed. Stephen and Oscar worked diligently and replacing the copper pipes. Also I commend Mallory who kept in touch with me letting me know of their pending arrival. CEC Plumbing is an outstanding company when in need of plumbing services. We had a leak in our main water pipes and needed to resolve the issue quickly. Cory came out that day to assess the problem and immediately put us on their schedule. They showed up on time, were very professional and communicated with us as the work was being done (extensive trenching). They completed the job quicker than originally expected and adjusted the cost from the original quote. We were highly satisfied with the entire process and very relieved to have found an honest, reliable company that we know we can rely on with any future needs. The office staff and communication is also top notch. I Highly recommend CEC Plumbing.

We live in an older 1960 1970 home. It was only a matter of time until we had to replace the cast iron pipes. I called a lot of plumbers. Many couldn't do the work. Many couldn't show up to quote the work. Luckily a friend of mine referred Corey and team at CEC Plumbing. I am so glad she did!

This team is nothing short of amazing. It's high praise especially in South Florida where contractors and house vendors are nothing but unreliable. CEC Plumbing is a refreshing reprieve from your typical contractor shenanigans. Corey showed up on time. Walked us through how he would do things he also gave us some tips on what we should be doing. He then rode up a bid That was very clear and concise. With scope and payment terms clearly outlined. We engaged him his team worked on the permit. And when it was time for the work to start they were immaculate. Everyday my house was put back together as best they could. Everything covered in this screen to make sure dust didn't settle everywhere boards covering holes so pets and children didn't fall in.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but replacing my pipes was actually a pleasant experience. The team who came out to do the work was incredible. They were kind. They were efficient. And they got a lot done in a short amount of time.

I have used CEC on two occasions (bathroom remodel and broken exterior plumbing line) and am consistently impressed with how reliable they are on appointment times and their quality of work. I've never gotten the impression they are trying to up sell me or make a quick buck, which is rare these days. CEC is and will be my go-to reliable plumbing company when I need them.

This was my first time working with CEC Plumbing and I couldn't be happier! I had a serious septic system issue that needed immediate attention, and their tech showed up next day and right on time. He was super friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about septic and sewer systems. He walked us through our options, explained every step, and outlined the costs clearly before getting started. They even gave us a discount we weren’t expecting. Unfortunately, it's rare to find this quality of work, honesty and integrity. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Recently, CEC Plumbing converted my septic tank to sewer. In addition, they replaced the main water supply to my house resulting in a higher water pressure. They were prompt, the crew were very polite, tarps were placed down and the clean up left no mess. I would highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. They were late to the appointment, and when they finally showed up, the technician was unprofessional and seemed rushed. The job wasn’t done properly—my pipes are still leaking! I had to call another plumber to fix the mess they made. To top it off, they charged me way more than the estimate. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Save your money and time and look for someone else!

Had a terrible experience with this company. Just got my plumbing done with them to replace all cast iron with PVC. At first the signed quote was for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, even though I mentioned to them several times that my laundry and 1 bathroom was already PVC, but they said since its a new job, new pipes are required. Fast forward 1 week and they said that the job was done but they never touched my laundry or other bathroom? They didn't even mention anything, so I did, and they said since the piping is fine they don't have to replace it. They charged me for a full job, but only did half! Don't even try to negotiate with them because they are so rude. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. After that my water heater "suddenly" stops working right after the job, leaving my husband, MY 3 MONTH OLD, and I without hot water!! I mention this and they try to push ANOTHER quote on me??? Like are you kidding me?? Foreman ends up saying it's their fault! Again I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The office and company in general is unprofessional! Rude and sloppy work.

CEC was recommended to me by a good friend and they did not disappoint. From first meeting Corey, I knew right away he was an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable person and the rest of his team, Mallory, Yesenia, Liz, and all the techs that came to my home were equally amazing. They really went above and beyond to make sure my bathtub to shower conversion was done right. I will be calling them for any and everything plumbing related from now on.
