I received a response within less than 30 seconds after submitting a service request. I was told someone would come to my house within an hour. (This all happened the same morning)

Erick G. is an AMAZING technician. He took my concerns, asked diagnostic questions and made sure that the job done was the one that was best for me. He was considerate, clean and professional. When I need him again I will call him.

The services were excellent. Trey's fantastic! He spent the time explaining everything in a language that I understood. The excavation teams work efficiently and are very friendly. Shannon, the office manager is fantastic! Trey is the best!

Travis was great. He gave me suggestions and showed me how to fix the problem of calcium in my shower drain. He could also tighten the handle of a tap. I felt that the price was too high for the time spent. The price was determined by the company, and not by the repairman. Other companies may charge as much, but I will definitely compare prices before my next repair.

Professional service delivered! Ray called me ahead of time to let us know he would arrive. He was super nice, super helpful and explained everything as he went along. He checked the rest or our plumbing for problems that we may not be aware of. Very knowledgeable. Made some very useful suggestions for avoiding further plumbing problems. Price was reasonable. 10/10, I'll use it again! :D

Called to have a new toilet installed in the main bedroom. Jr. was great! Many contractors who come to my house make me feel like they are doing a favor for me or treat me poorly. Jr. was different. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with his work and explained everything he did. I appreciate your honesty. I am sure that they will be contacting me in the future.

We recently purchased a gas range and needed it to be connected to a gas line. Best plumbing responded via HouseHappy quickly, saying they could help and that a tech could be sent out the next morning to connect.

The technician who came to our house was polite, professional, and had booties on his feet to protect our floors. He quickly assessed our needs.

DO NOT USE COASTAL PLUMBING!

We had a confirmed appointment for Tuesday at 9:00 AM. When we called at 8:00 AM to confirm, we were told they had made a mistake and scheduled it for Wednesday at 9:00 AM instead.

On Wednesday, the plumber showed up an hour late at 10:00 AM, claiming he had to park 30 minutes away. However, when I called the security gate, they assured me that there were plenty of available parking spots for contractors—so that was clearly not true.

Because he parked so far away, he had to walk back and forth to his truck multiple times, wasting a huge amount of time. He told me that Jacklyn (from their office) was supposed to ask me for a video of the issue beforehand, so they could bring the right tools and avoid this, but she never did.

When I called the next morning to voice my concerns, Jacklyn was extremely rude, constantly interrupted me, and claimed that all phone conversations were recorded and that she had listened back to them. This is illegal, as customers must be informed they are being recorded. Later, we found out Jacklyn had lied to us because Emilee, the office manager, admitted that they no longer record phone calls.

On top of all this, we were significantly overcharged due to the wasted time from unnecessary back-and-forth trips.

To be fair, the plumber did an excellent job, but we will NEVER use this company again because of the dishonest and disrespectful customer service provided by Jacklyn.

So do yourself a favour, save your time, money, and sanity—NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Jaime Para gets the job done got out in a timely manner and when above and beyond to fix my issue.

They always respond quickly to the emergency repairs I have and do an excellent job. Brian is very friendly and an excellent plumber.

I work for the Trump group at the aqualina towers in sunny isles, last night July 1st I had service person, Pete and Mike, they came out and tried helping deal with a pipe leak. Coastal Plumbing is currently working on a project at a high-end beachfront property I manage in North Miami, and even at the halfway point, I’m already extremely impressed. The job involves replacing all the pipework serving the rooftop radiator for the standby generator—a task multiple other companies declined due to its intricacies and difficult access.

I’ve used Coastal Plumbing in the past for some gas line work at the same property, so I already knew they were reliable—but this project has really confirmed just how capable they are. Joan, Iggy, Sergio, and Carlos have been outstanding so far. Their methodical approach, professionalism, and commitment to neat, tidy work practices have made a big impression. It’s clear they take pride in their work and are more than capable of handling complex, technically demanding jobs.

Today, I needed help with a backed-up toilet in my medical office, and Joan came to the rescue. He was so professional and helped me organize a time to shut off the water to the entire business plaza where my practice is located. He did a great job and was clean, tidy, and prompt. I highly recommend Juan and Coastal Plumbing.

Can highly recommend! Jaime and his assistant were polite and knowledgeable. Put on shoe covers before coming in the house. Jaime took the time to explain every issue with our hardware in detail while he worked. Excellent!
