Want to give Joan from Coastal Plumbing a big shoutout!! It was thanksgiving day, and of course the toilets got clogged the day before🙄😅
He came out right away and fixed our issue before we had our big thanksgiving spread for the bar!! Without his speedy, competent solutions, we would have had a disaster on our hands!! I think i can speak for all of us, and our regulars at the bar that Joan saved our Thanksgiving!

Highly recommend! Romain and Joel came out to inspect our newly installed pool heaters that weren’t running properly. They mentioned they couldn’t promise to fix them the same day but would do their best—and that’s exactly what they did. Both heaters were up and running the same day. Great communication and excellent work ethic!

Our toilet and sink were backing up. Mike was able to determine the problem, super snaked our pipes and got everything draining well. He was very professional and knowledgable, and was able to complete the job in less than an hour. Costs are quite steep, but they are up front about it. Mike gets 5 stars, but overall cost took it down one star.

After several attempts to contact plumbing companies that had the knowledge and ability to service the water filtration system and install new plumbing fixtures in my apartment I contacted Coastal Plumbing. They were able to provide me with everything that I needed to handle my needs when all other plumbing companies could not. Fortunately I was lucky enough to get Joan Taveras and his assistant Iggy to do the necessary work and they completed everything that I needed with efficiency and were extremely pleasant to work with. Thank you Joan & Iggy, I will request you personally for any future plumbing needs!

Great service as always with Coastal. Emily in the office was very easy to communicate with, and Jamie was incredible. He showed up two minutes early, and clearly explained to me the issues with my leak and provided phenomenal service and advice for going forward.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

This company is fantastic. Tony P one of the owners has done more for my coop than our previous 3 companies. I texted him on a Sunday and Monday morning Phil K was at my door at 9am. Phil was wonderful. He could have ripped me off like others have..... he did not. He was super competent with his 26 years experience. We spoke at length about the ac system i have. Most other servicemen do not want to take the time. Phil did.
I wish i found Coastal Plumbing years ago i would have been saved a lot of stress and aggravation. Even their customer service woman are polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Hired Coastal to fix a huge issue in our community. Had a resident that had no water for almost ten days. Other companies came out and were of no help. But the Coastal guys came, found the issue, and fixed the problem. Pete and Iggy were awesome. Professional, friendly, and quick. Highly recommend.

Brian can out and resolved a leak with our faucet. Since it’s a very non standard European make I was really worried it might have to be replaced with something else. Brian resolved the part issue and replaced with the correct manufacturer. Really appreciate the good work!

Brian was superb. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue with my shower head and tried a few things before jumping to replacing anything, which I really appreciated. He was able to fix it quickly and saved me from an unnecessary replacement. Highly recommend Brian and the team at Coastal.

Norre takes his work seriously, was very professional from beginning to end and went over and beyond the scope of work to deliver us a building our unit owners can be proud of and feel secure in.
