The best in-class training facility attended. Extensive amounts of information with hands on experience. All support staffs and executives was very professional and helpful in every step of franchise process.

Michael from PuroClean came to my home to check water damage that occured. Michael directed me as to what to do to corrrct the problem. PuroClean is a trustworthy company. Honest and dependable.

Awesome company! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the restoration industry. The Corporate office is always willing to lend a helping hand. They are also huge supporter of their community and military.

Brian is amazing! He went above and beyond cleaning up our basement. His professional is one of the best in the industry. Highly recommend him for any water damage/mold restoration.

I do feel bad for the person that took the call as it was totally noticeable that she cared but eventually probably told to sweep it under the rug by the owners. I can't believe Allstate would be doing buisness with such liars / thiefs. But let's see what allstate does. This should be more of a 1.2 star with the people you companies you deal with. You know I also got offered to buy 5 star reviews just never took it. Not implying that you did just speaking my mind.

How does one file a formal complaint about a specific PuroClean franchise owner who is operating this commercial business in a residential neighborhood? The owners of said franchise have been ordered by their neighborhood HOA to remove their business from this neighborhood, because our neighborhood is not zoned for a commercial business. However, they have chosen to ignore the formal request from our HOA and remain in violation of the covenants and declarations for this neighborhood. In addition, these owners are also non compliant with city codes, designating that PuroClean does not qualify as a home business. Please note, that other home owners in this same residential neighborhood have been using the services of your competitor, SERVPRO. Please advise.

The PuroClean in Muncie IN is terrible. They charge for things they don’t do. They charge for things they don’t use. We had 4 or 5 different people in charge of our job. One person would just stop showing up with no notice then a few days later someone else would show up and have to rip out what the last person did and correct it. Someone would show up to work be there a hour or two get a phone call and leave and not come back for a day or two. A job that should have taken a few months took over 6. We went for days with no one showing up and no one calling to let us know why. They damaged things, they said they would do things and never did. When asked about charges we were told that it was insurance money not our so don’t worry about it. This is a shady untrustworthy company. AVOID AT ALL COST!! You won’t be happy!! If I could give zero stars I would have.

As a new franchise owner, my experience with PuroClean has been exceptional. Their corporate support has been impressive through the entire initial process.

I spent the last 3 weeks at the PuroClean Corporation Headquarters for numerous IICRC classes. The PuroClean Academy inside of the headquarters is modern, state of the art facility with the best instructors in the industry. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Jake Wever was excellent. Great personality and wonderful job. A pleasure to have him assist me in the claim and very good communication.

Darren H my instructor was so knowledgeable and explained everything in simple form , with the assistance of his wife to make a great training team and would honestly say ,even with coming all the way from Canada I will be recommending no mater where you live as a worker or a employer that you should entertain this facility and these guys will assist you with knowledge to gain certification in a number of fields to build a strong future in this industry.

The PuroClean team truly puts their employees, values and service quality above all else. After being recommended by my plumber, I called a local PuroClean franchise at dinnertime, on a Sunday afternoon, on Valentine's Day this year. Though I tried to push back his willingness to respond immediately (due solely so as not to ruin his wife's holiday), he arrived barely 30 mins later, 3 large fans & a dehumidifier in hand. I came to realize later that he was actually the franchise owner, as I was to meet additional crew the following day.
After setting all four devices up & running on my now flooded dining room hardwood floor, he proceeded to gently remove the 8' bay window ornate wood border, in hopes to possibly salvage & reuse (which after sanding & painting, they did). He then removed the surrounding chair rail, sheet rock, insulation & then assessed wall, frame & floor water damage, advising throughout what he may be able to save, what may return with proper treatment (ie: the cupped hardwood floor boards...which he brought back!) etc.
While I will not bore you with the whole process, I will tell you that PuroClean handled virtually the whole extremely upsetting issue, including settling down & comforting my frantic wife, dealing directly with my insurance company, estimates, forms, etc. What really struck me was how detailed as well as fiscally responsible he was as it related to keeping both my out of pocket as well as the insurance company's expenses down, where & if possible.
I have since recommended PuroClean to a number of friends, business associates & even fellow church members, all of which who have had PuroClean turn a personal home disaster into about as comfortable & trusting an experience as any unexpected home remediation could be.
I found all the PuroClean team that I dealt with to be extremely courteous, understanding, honest, polite, professional, definitely talented & there at the time that they said they would be there!
If you have a fire, water, mold or any home disaster or even just a remediation problem that you need addressed & in a hurry, there's only one call that you need to make....your local PuroClean guy!
