Not only has PuroClean corporate been up and running during COVID-19, they have continued to provide outstanding training and support. The PuroClean Marketing Team gave several marketing work shops which were fun and very informative. Leadership is very supportive and always available.

The PuroClean team was amazing. We had a broken pipe that was "hidden" from us long enough to cause some pretty scary mold. We were understandably upset and worried. The team was not only professional, they made us feel like they understood our situation and that everything would be ok. In fact, everything was ok! They did a great job. I would recommend this team without hesitation.

This company is reliable and trustworthy. It is wonderful when you contact a company in an emergency situation and the company is quick to respond. It is very much appreciated when the company arrived they take their time and do a thorough investigation of what is going on and find the root of the problem. The employees are professional, trustworthy and do what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend any of the PuroClean franchisees throughout the country to assist in any problems you may have, pertaining to smoke, fire, water damage, mold, bio-hazard or covid clean-up or disinfecting. The company makes sure all PuroClean technicians are certified and meet.standards of excellence.

We were very impressed with PuroClean, especially with Alex, Junior, and April who came over to inspect and do the work in our unit. They were always on time, answered all our questions, and had a positive, helpful attitude throughout the work. Their work was thorough, clean, and always performed with the utmost professionalism. We do not hesitate to recommend PuroClean for any work requiring cleanup after water damage and prepping for remediation.

This review actually should be a minus 5 stars. I used the one in Murfreesboro, TN before I fired them. Basically because of this company, I'm still dealing with my insurance company almost 2 years later. Why???? Because the owner in Murfreesboro deposited my first check without going through my mortgage company then tried to lie about it. My insurance company, All-State, wouldn't go after him until a couple months later. All-State refused to reissue the check until they got it back from Puro Clean which took almost 4 months. The owner tried to get the HVAC company to do illegal stuff so they could keep some of the money before sending it back to All-State. I have emails and text proving all. When my claim is finished, I do plan to sue Puro Clean and All-State. People who are in need with everything happening now in FL, NC, AL, and TN , please be careful of this company. Just so anyone is wondering, I've had to get a Public Adjuster to finish my claim. I can only speak about my experience here in Tn but the corporate office didn't get involved with their franchisee to correct my problem. BEWARE!

I see a ton of great reviews and was hopeful this company could assist me with my father’s home. They completed the inspection and have gone no contact since then. It’s been almost 10 days and nothing. I’ve called and texted via WhatsApp and it’s just complete radio silence. No report on their findings, no recommendations or even a message to let me know they’re working on it… very disappointing.

Great tour of their facility which boasts all levels of hazards and conditions their team has to come and help fix. It looks like a business that’s well postured to help.

I had a fire in June. PuroClean came in to take care of my personal items. Although I lost a lot there were things that were restored I didn't expect. The team was very pleasant and caring. They worked really hard and were very compassionate. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you very much PuroClean.

I recently had the good fortune to attend NFT Training at PuroClean's corporate office and training facility in Tamarac, Florida. For two weeks I was educated first hand by PuroClean's restoration professionals in a manner that was relevant, hands on, collaborative, instructional and supportive down all avenues pertinent for successfully starting up and running a PuroClean franchise. The entire staff as well the regional directors who flew into town to work with us made the event educational, comforting and supportive. I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge through classroom exercises, lunch and learns, hands on water restoration and technical work, as well as the side discussions with staff and other attendees. A special thank you to Darren, Chrissy, Bud, Mary, Mark and all the wonderful hard working PuroClean folk who made a two weeks business trip feel like a getaway. My best and thank you. Ted S

They made more work at the end then we could take on. They did not follow the estimate and never cleaned and sprayed the whole basement. And left it looking like the pics I added after he did no call no shows for 4 days now. He only sprayed one area with a spray bottle. Guy comes with just him and his daughter. I had to help personally because the weight the garbage that needed to be removed. He were told there would be a crew and him and a young girl came with a work van no big truck for garbage like they said. We got charged and they tried to cash both checks as they were done with they never scrubbed the walls and there is mold everywhere look at the pics. This is the what Jason left us wiTh and we have our while upper part of the house filled with stuff from the basement and that ruined our whole Xmas as we could not have it here. I am so dissapointed and my 81 year old grandma is stressed so much over this as well.

Very professional organization with extreme attention to detail in all their work. The training, certification preparation, and local community relationships are all extremely high level and the best in the industry. They have top notch instructors and their service to all those that they serve is top-notch.

I would give zero stars if possible. PuroClean completely failed to follow proper mitigation protocols when organic growth was present in our home. Instead of addressing it correctly, they placed air movers on the affected areas, which caused the growth to spread throughout the house. Because of their negligence, we are now facing over $20,000 in additional mitigation costs, have been forced to relocate for three months, and the health of everyone in the home has been severely impacted.

On top of that, they did not properly document the damages or the reconstruction needed to restore our home to pre-incident condition. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for industry standards has caused us financial, physical, and emotional hardship. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company.

It’s always a great experience working with Dale. He is incredibly supportive and ensures I have everything I need to succeed. He is knowledgeable, encourages questions, and is highly responsive. His support makes a significant difference. His recap emails are excellent, and he always takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. 😊

I cannot say enough nice things about this business and the young men that took care of my mom‘s basement flooding. They were kind courteous and their work was amazing. They were always on time. They came just a few hours after we called. I would highly recommend them. Jake and Oscar are rock stars!
