Maurice, the guy who rated himself so highly below is the owner, secretary, answering service and technition. He really needs an apprentice to help him out and real secretary to help him remembers his client appointments, addresses and phone numbers. He also needs better communication skills with said clients instead of not answering his phone when they call. A simple update per week would have made a world of difference.

Poor quality of service, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and lack of technical competence as my refrigerator still doesn't work, and just a bad experience overall. This is my 1st bad review ever left on Google. Would not recommend AMS. Technician was onsite for 1 hour, result was "turn refrigerator off for 12 hours then turn it back on again." I completed this request and one Week later the refrigerator still didn't work correctly. I called back to reschedule and technician hung up on me after a 5 minute discussion. . One week later the technician showed up at property with no notification to customer and no appointment, so of course no one was home. Tech said he would call back to reschedule and never did. Would not recommend.

Maurice owner of AMS Master Services LLC. He stated he's a veteran but sure didn't act like one. He's very rude, unprofessional and didn't performs the jobs to standard. He came trying to fix my refrigerator three times and finally got it to work but whatever he did he broke my water dispenser. It was working just fine before he started the job. He blame it on us when we try to explain the situation to him. He referred by Choice Home Warranty company. Please be very CAREFUL when you want him to fix your home appliances. It's a nightmare with tgis guy.
