Spent 20minutes googling on an iPhone to be told the part was no longer made but I could by s used part with no guarantee and $100 installation on top of the $69.
I provided the model number at the time of appointment and could have been told this before a visit was scheduled

Commercial Medical -75C degree freezer went out. He was prompt and courteous and provided tips on how to prevent it from going out in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you.

ALWAYS ask if your service technicians are authorized to work on your appliance FIRST!! My family has been in appliance repair for more than 50 years in both Chicago and Phoenix, having worked for them for a time - I know the basics. When the person from this company came into my home I told him the issue and the results of the 3 diagnostic tests I had already run. Unfortunately, he didn't speak English. No problem, I called the guy I spoke with when I requested the appointment. He was completely obtuse about what had been done and what I was requesting. I asked the service tech to leave my home.

Came out same day with the part that we needed and fixed our dryer’s heating element at an affordable price. Will definitely use them again! Ethan is the MAN :)

On Saturday morning, I noticed that my Sub-Zero wine cooler wasn’t cooling properly. I called Volt Appliance, and they came out the same day! Andrew quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the fan motor, and now my wine bottles are perfectly chilled again.

Bait and switch type of delays on a simple Maytag dryer element replacement!
Promised a tech between 12 and 2 on Thursday. Didn't arrive till 4:30. Took 50% deposit Promised to return Fri between 3 and 5.
At 4 pm Friday he says he doesn't have the part, maybe Monday!
I called the office demanding repair by Saturday or a refund, Promised to have manager call back, no call!
Now their phones aren't working!

Excellent prompt service, even though everyone is still in hurricane cleanup mode.

We were having problems with our top load Samsung washer. Their technician Ethan came by and promptly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the fix is quite expensive as a number of parts would have to be replaced. We’ve decided to purchase a new washer and he suggested brands that we should check out. Sorry it wasn’t better news for us but great service from this company.

Arrived when scheduled, clean and professional.
Then explained problem, offered options. They put dryer back together and only charged service call deposit.
