I usually don’t write reviews, but I just couldn’t stay quiet this time. I’m so impressed with this company that I had to share my experience, maybe it’ll help someone else. It all started when the ice maker in my fridge stopped working. I called several companies. First, they replaced the ice maker, it didn’t fix the issue. Then they said the motherboard needed to be replaced, same result. Another company came and said the compressor had to be changed. At that point, I was ready to buy a new fridge. But then my neighbor gave me a business card for this company. Their technician came over, checked everything thoroughly, and immediately said the problem was a refrigerant leak. He found the leak, showed me exactly where it was, and fixed it the same day. No need to replace the compressor or motherboard! Now my fridge works like new! You guys are amazing! Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism. If anyone has issues with their appliances, don’t even think twice, call this company.
