Fix & Care has restored to perfection my 43 year old microwave w/special features not available in newer models. They also repaired and did steam coil cleaning in my refrigerator and repaired another one. All worked was expertly done. I am very pleased with their work.

These guys are as good as it gets. Ice-O-Matic goes on the fritz every so often. I simply call them and out comes a friendly and competent repair specialist and the issue is resolved quickly and cost effectively. This time went out again the next day and there they were with no charge but a replacement part cost. That’s customer focus. If you need anything in the appliance world fixed call these guys.

Appliance Fix & Care is great!! Petr was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
I put a heavy bathroom rug in the washing machine and apparently it caused the tub shock absorber to break. Petr figured out quickly what the problem was but had to order the part, which would take two days. In the interim, he was able to do a limited fix that allowed me to do laundry with some limitations.
As promised, he came back two days later and completed the job. I would highly recommend Appliance Fix & Care!!

Arthur came to repair my dishwasher. He worked on it a long time, thought he had found the problem, but then found another one that couldn't be fixed. He showed me each thing that he was doing and explained everything to me. I appreciated his honesty in telling me to buy another dishwasher. Their communication is very good both by text and email. Scheduling was easy and the technician was always on time. He was polite and seemed to be very thorough when diagnosing the problem. We did have to order a part for my oven, which took longer than expected, but once it came in, the repair was made quickly. A second part was also ordered. It arrived much faster and the repair was completed within a couple of days. I would use Appliance Fix & Care again.

my microwave and oven combo stopped working, I called Fix And Care and Sergey arrived the same day. The problem was the control board, which for my combo was certainly expensive, but the cost of work was more than adequate. Sergey came back with the parts the next day and fixed everything and even set up my combo (I used to suffer because Fahrenheit was set instead of my usual Celsius). Many thanks to Sergey and company.

Honestly, they’re amazing! Super affordable and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t be happier with the service on my Samsung refrigerator. When they arrived, my refrigerator was cooling at 65° and my freezer was cooling at -30°. Six hours later… Not that they were here for six hours, but just six hours after they fixed it my refrigerator is back at 37° and my freezer is back at 0°.
