I booked an appt for a walkthrough because I was interested in getting my shower grout either cleaned or redone. they kindly gave me a two hour window same day, which seemed above and beyond! they said someone would call when they were on their way. 30min before the window ended, I called to make sure someone would be on the way. she told me someone was indeed on their way. fast forward to 30min past the promised window, and I ended up being forced to cancel altogether. the person who had supposedly been “on the way” for an hour never showed up. She continued to tell the person answering phones that she was “right around the corner” but I don’t understand why she’d lie to her own coworker or employee. She was never around the corner and never showed. I canceled because I’d like to work with a trustworthy company and if I had booked them for the job, it appears they wouldn’t have respected my time and schedule.

A great company doing great work! Jennifer explained everything in detail and the guys did an amazing job. My floor looks brand new again. I would highly recommend Grout Busters of Tampa.

Whoa! Grout Busters made my townhouse look like new! In a matter of hours, they worked magic on my kitchen floor, foyers and two bathrooms! Very easy to work with and a great team approach. I highly recommend this business.

Grout Busters came to my house last year (2021) and re-grouted my master bath. There's discoloration and cracking already. They want $350 to correct this a year later. IMO a re grout should last longer than a year. They did not respond to my emails or texts. Poor workmanship and very unprofessional.

Grout Busters do a comprehensive job from reviewing the job, free quotes, and timely service. They work with the homeowner until you are completely satisfied with the work. I have already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Stay as far way from this company as possible. Their poor quality of work and customer service is unbelievable. They do not honor their “work service” warranties due to their terrible initial work and try to get you to pay again when you point out the clear flaws in their work. NEVER AGAIN!! Zero Stars if it was an option.

RE: your reply, you and your “technician” showed up wreaking of cigarettes and weed. You are completely unprofessional and a liar. I called almost a month ago to get someone out here to address your company’s poor work. A year from the last date of service would not be until the end of November. If you don’t honor warranties then do not put them on your receipts. I should’ve known better when the initial technician complained about working for Grout Busters due to horrible management. That definitely sounds accurate to me. There is no caulk left your tech completed the work last year as you showed me when after wiping away some slight mildew from the caulked areas. You have completely setup your company to fail and hope you enjoy all the bad reviews.NO ONE SHOULD EVER HIRE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!

Grout busters did a fantastic job cleaning up excessive calcification in my shower and regrouting the whole bathroom! Jennifer and her team were amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them!

I can't believe how clean and like new my floors look after Grout Busters finished. 15 years of dirty build up is gone. What a great job and value. They were very professional and on time. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Ten years of mopping and the grout in our office looked filthy. I expected Grout Buster to bring in a loud mechanical scrubber but was pleased to see a team of three on their hands and knees literally scrubbing the grout lines. They filled cracks in the grout, chauked and sealed the grout. They worked fast and efficiently. So pleased with the quality of their work. Will schedule all my offices and home! These people are awesome. Very professional and thorough. In addition they actually care about their work and does it as if it was their own. Had whole house tile floor regrouted and color sealed as well as master bath shower. Amanda and crew were nothing short than awesome. Had to call with a couple areas that needed a little more attention and right away Travis, one of the owners was out right away and took care of it. Would highly recommend Grout Busters if Tampa.

We have a fairly large home in Lutz, FL and not only did Grout Busters give us the best quote they went over and beyond basic tile and grout cleaning repairing every area that needed new grout and deep cleaned so well our floors look brand new! The crew are professional, friendly and moved large area furniture and rugs making sure every part house was covered including showers! Had the grout in my shower replaced. It was eroding and cracked and lots of it missing. Groutbusters gave me a reasonable quote quickly, started on my schedule, and completed the work timely. They did a great job, even after some additional work that was required, they we're persistent and professional the whole time. Cannot recommend enough, if you need work done, they'll get it done right.

Zero stars. Would not recommend. Challenging communication, confrontational, late and aggressive. Would highly recommend Sir Grout or a handyman for any grout work needed in your home. Not worth the headache, unfortunately.

RE RESPONSE: I have not only used this company for my personal but also professional use…and also found them challenging to communicate with, confrontational, late and aggressive. If only they responded to clients in half the time as it took them to reply to Google Reviews…we were not shown how to maintain anything. Sir Grout was not outrageously expensive, they were more expensive…but I guess the old adage holds true “you get what you pay for.” The savings wasn’t worth the (complete lack of) customer service.

Continuing to berate my husband and I for giving our feedback on our experience is not the best demonstration of appropriate or professional customer service. I would again, highly recommend you adjust your warranty clarification and refrain from swearing on the phone and then stating “have a blessed day” - seems a little disingenuous.

I absolutely LOVED the work by Grout Busters Tampa. Their prices were extremely fair and the work was flawless. Travis was on time, professional, friendly, and helpful. Plus his attention to detail was immaculate. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be calling them in the future for my other properties. THANKS GROUT BUSTERS TAMPA!!
