Constraction reviews in Tampa, Florida

Grout busters did an amazing job in our kitchen and bathrooms. Our floors look brand new. Service was excellent! I would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a home and thought we were going to need to have the floors redone throughout the house. Somebody suggested Grout Busters as an alternative and I am very glad they did. Jennifer came out that same day to give us a quote. Within a few hours we were scheduled to have all the floors cleaned and sealed before we moved in. I couldn’t believe they were the same floors. They cleaned the grout and all the tiles. It was a great transformation and we saved thousands of dollars by not having the floors redone.

Family owned business which makes it easy to communicate. They came out quickly and scheduled us durning the time we needed. Two people came to do the work and did an awesome job! Our floors turned out great! We highly recommend this crew for any grout cleaning needs.

I had a shower restoration done. Very pleased with the results, looks like a brand new shower. Grout Busters was great to work with, great communication throughout the entire process and even afterwards, with a follow up. The gentlemen that came out and did the work were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Grout Busters and would use them again.

Best service in town. Look no further. From getting a quote to the finished product, the process was top class.

Highly Recommend JYE Cleaning Services Inc!

The owner Julio and his team were extremely detailed and professional from start to finish. The project involved the demolition of 600 sq. ft. of existing concrete, leveling and sand prepping the subfloor, pouring polishable concrete, and then sealing and polishing it to a high-gloss finish.

The results are absolutely amazing — the floors look stunning! This level of precision and craftsmanship isn’t something just any company can deliver. JYE Cleaning Services Inc. is truly the best company for this type of detailed concrete work.

Thank you, Julio and team, for an outstanding job!

Julio and his team took the time to clearly explain the project and inspected everything beforehand. The result is fantastic—our floors look smooth, even, and professionally done. Great experience from start to finish. My dryer was taking forever to dry clothes, but after the cleaning, it works like new again. The team arrived on time and handled everything professionally. I appreciate their attention to detail. Will definitely call them again.

The dryer had been taking multiple cycles to dry clothes, so I finally scheduled a vent cleaning. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and cleaned out a huge amount of lint. The dryer is now working noticeably better.
