These guys, especially Danny, are THE BEST. They did a great job building my dock and lifts several years ago. Since then, I have called Danny several times with questions/issues and he has been great. I just hung up with him a few minutes ago about a problem that I am having with the cables on my lift and he told me his guys will be here at 7:30 AM tomorrow. Their customer service is 2nd to none. 100% recommend them.

Waterfront Engineering is the go-to provider for docks, seawalls, lifts, etc. Danny and his crews are meticulous, reliable, and efficient. I’ve been pleased and impressed with every job they’ve done for me. It’s a pleasure to work with a company that cares about quality, workmanship, and customer service.

Over the past few years I have had occasion to rectify two serious problems on my property. My seawall and a large deck 5 feet off the ground needed to be completely redone. After a lot of research, I hired Danny Anseeuw, owner of Waterfront Engineering to do the work. If in your mind you can think of ALL the things that you would want from a company to make your project the very best experience you could imagine, that's what I've had from Waterfront Engineering. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them!!

Danny was a pleasure to work with. I spoke with several dock builders, including the one that did my sea wall. I decided on Waterfront because he seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job and not wasting my money and even gave me cheaper options to consider. As a result I felt very comfortable with him. It also helped that he did my neighbors sea wall and dock area. I could see the quality of work and also anything that wasn't done just right with my neighbor he corrected with no problem. Later another friend told me I should check out Waterfront as well as they did an excellent job for them. Danny's crew was great and very respectful. The quality of the job was much higher than average. He is the best value out there

Danny just did my seawall 11/1 and I have to say it was a great experience. If I had a question, he responded immediately. He is absolutely the most knowledgeable with regards to his business. He takes the time to explain everything so you can understand it. I was very impressed with the crew that worked on my house. A bunch a great people. Four guys came EVERYDAY! They worked hard as my backyard did not allow for motorized machinery. All the digging was done manually. If you ask me Waterfront Engineering IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. You can ask Danny for my number.

I contacted many dock contractors about a new dock and lift. Danny and Waterfront by far were the most diligent about communication and ideas even though our project wouldn't be started for about 5 months. For 5 months Danny answered my questions and worked with us on the plans and permitting. Danny understands customer service as well as anyone we've met. When the time came, they started on the day we had planned. The crew we had was very personable, extremely hard working and knew there stuff! The whole job completed on time and we are so pleased with our new dock and lift. We couldn't be happier the way it turned out. Thanks to Danny and Waterfront Engineering. After speaking to multiple seawall and dock companies, I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Danny at waterfront. He was willing and able to actually educate me on seawalls - it’s evident he truly cares about his customers. This is a company I will be recommending to all of my waterfront clients.

I just finished a 3 year build and Danny was 1 of maybe 3 vendors who were excellent. He built my seawall, dock, and elevated platform. His responsiveness, on time time-lines / deadlines, excellent communication, superior craftsmanship, and he was a pleasure to deal with. When hurricane Milton destroyed my seawall, Danny and his team at Waterfront Engineering were on site immediately to provide temporary shoring and prevent things from getting worse. Soon after that, we had an engineering plan drafted and Danny's team mobilized as soon as they could to build my new seawall and retaining wall. As a professional engineer, I was very impressed with Waterfront Engineering's professional, courteous and skilled construction team. The quality of their work was first rate, they kept the construction site (our backyard) as clean and tidy as they could and the work was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible! We are very happy with the final product, and highly recommend Waterfront Engineering, Danny and his seasoned crew!

Found them on Google for lanai screen repair and gutter cleaning - best decision! They responded within minutes, scheduled me right away, and completed everything the same day.

Pricing was fair, service was fast, and the quality of work was excellent. Super professional and great to work with.

Bruce and his team were extremely efficient, easy to communicate with, and always on time. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! They got a gutter placed and drain cleaned out for us the same day as our quote- thank you!!

Probably the home repair company in Tampa, Junior (the worker) & the other employees were great but the people working at the office (the money hungry ones) will literally overcharge you & lie to your face. When I got a quote the lady said that they will close the water leak, remove all the drywall & wood from the area & replace it with new wood, drywall & paint. But when junior came he said they didn’t tell him he needed to remove the whole wall only wood that has water damage (mind you some of the 2x4s were literally filled with black holes & they still didn’t want to replace them), then he prepared to close the wall and I told him that you didn’t fix the hole where the water is coming from he then again said they didn’t tell me he needed to repair the hole. They wanted to charge me $3,600 for a small area I told them it’s too much so they dropped it to $2000 which I agreed to, but they will try to not tell their employees to repair certain parts so that they can get out of the house & go to a different job. (5/6/26) after we agreed that the wall will be good as new they message me saying they won’t paint the wall & that if I wanted it painted I would have to pay an extra $250 mind you the wall is only 1ft wide & 10ft tall. She told me that they use high quality paint that costs $60 a pint (the employee said they get the paint from Home Depot where they sell eggshell white paint by the 5 gallon bucket for $120 & adding color doesn’t cost a thing) I said fine charge me $250 on top of the $2000. But what really wanted me to post this review is the fact that I asked them if they can attach the shutter, they replied in messages yes we can. I told the employee about it they said they never told me I had to attach the shutter. So I called Lisa AGAIN she said “oh I thought you meant Gutter” while laughing, I told her “no I clearly said in the message shutter & you agreed that you can reattach the shutter” she said “I’m not saying we can’t do it, it’s just we don’t have it listed on the contract” when there’s literally messages proving that I asked if the shutters can be reattached but I know she wants me to ask her “how much will it cost to reattach the shutters” just so they can add more money into their belly’s. There’s a reason why they only have 4 reviews mind you they said it was a 2 day job, it’s literally their 6th time here at my house in a span of 2 weeks. Save your money & go with a different company these guys will lie to your face & document every conversation because these guys are liars.

Below I added photos to show what they wanted to keep on the wall clearly there is decaying wood from water intrusion and for someone paying $2k I’d expect them to remove that bad wood but they said theirs no need, I keep assuming these contractors that give quotes see big houses & try to overprice simple work it’s honestly sad.

Glad i found this company. When no one else would Fabiano came out and changed both tension cables on pool cage. Work was done in short time and of high quality. Price was very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied and they will be my company on all outdoor issues i cannot resolve myself. Thanks Florida Exterior Pros.

Did a great job on my gutters as well as the gutter guards. So glad I don’t have to get up on my roof on the areas where leafs and pine needles were in my gutters when the season changed. Great job and would recommend if you need gutters.

Got a quote within the next day, pleasantly surprised at cost and dates… agreed before project manager left. A week later project was done… fascia, stucco and gutters… On time, and all the contractors worked diligently and hard to get the job done right. Very pleased!

We had cracks in the stucco, couple gouges from the lawn service, leaking window sills. Junior at Florida Ext. Pros took care of everything, we are very happy with the job he did. Will have them back next year for a fresh paint job.
