Sometimes not helpful

From my recent experience, they rate poorly on price. Perhaps too many people getting a commission. I called them for insulation and was quoted $1700, several months later I called another contractor that quoted me less than $500 and also told me the electic company will give me a $200 rebate. The guy from the Tampa Electric said insulation should cost .35 per sf. which is less than $500 for my place. Also he said Home Depot will not take the rebate from the power company. I just dont understand how they can be three times the competition's price!
