We had a one-bathroom apartment with the one and only shower stall shower pan compromised. After troubleshooting the possible fixes, and being met with almost every conceivable challenge, the team from Ally, Josue Cordero and Gregorio Rojas, stuck to the mission and replaced the shower pan while also finishing out the wall and tile job brilliantly after the Ally plumber adjusted for the difference with existing plumbing and new drain location. I came home one day to find water pouring from the ceiling in my kitchen! The water heater in the unit above my condo had failed. Everything was destroyed and I was devastated.

I called Ally and they immediately put my mind at ease. They became my single-source solution. They took charge of the cleanup and water mitigation. They helped me design my new kitchen. They coordinated the demolition and all the subcontractors to handle flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, and installing cabinets and appliances.

They were fast!
Our Building Manager and our Maintenance Supervisor were amazed by how efficient Ally’s approach was.
Our building has a lot of strict rules for contractors and they said Ally not only adhered to the rules, but also were really proactive in their communication about when workers would be onsite and any special consideration they needed to complete the project.

Ally Turnkey was incredibly professional and grossly proficient in identifying, removing, treating and repairing a mold problem in the ceiling of my son's ground floor apartment here in Tampa. Specifically, Dylan, then Denzel and AJ, and finally plasterers Gregory and Carlos Alvarado quickly resolved and repaired the problem. Then, without any prompting or hesitation, cleaned up after the work, so much, that you didnt even know they were there. What a great company and great employees -- i highly recommend them.

Ally cleaner, Eric, cleaned all the carpets in our apartment last week. It was an excellent experience. The carpets look great. It was extremely little hassle, as Eric easily worked around our "mess." He was friendly and efficient.

Michael Blackburn is exemplary. We experienced issues with mold and mildew due to the humidity in my unit. He came out addressed the issues even involving his manager. His manager arrived promptly and they were able to address and remediate all of the issues the same day. Talk about great service and diligence. He was so patient and understanding and took my concerns seriously. His kindness and professionalism made the difference.

Recently I was looking for a paint company because I wanted to paint with a different color my first home. I listed with different companies and I chose Ally Turnkey. The painter David Sanchez show me an excellent service, he started to work early in the morning with a lot of professionalism. I can’t complain. Ally Turnkey the best paint company.

Kendall and George were amazing. Came in had to replace our entire AC unit and did so with ease (even with a new system). They were incredibly respectful of our space and let us know what was going on. Even cracked a couple jokes while working. I would 1000/10 recommend these 2 hard workers!! Not to mention, our new AC has been running smoothly with no issues and was put together flawlessly and not rushed! Thank you!

Very professional crews, management team, and great craftsmanship. Carlos and Carlos did a great job with the drywall repair and communicated with me as I requested at each part of the process. I received the estimate within 48 hours and was able to schedule the work right away. Benis did a great job priming and painting. I was most impressed with how clean they kept the work area fitting and after the work was done. Highly recommend this team.
