I just wanna say it’s the best company that I ever had to come out to my house to work and repair my electric problem. The service man answered all my questions made me feel as if he really cared the company itself when making my appointment was excellent I would recommend them for electricity, service and plumbing. Aqua Mechanical service for repairs at my home were exceptional. They completed several services, the last one was replacement of a garbage disposal. I have been using Aqua Mechanical for the past several years. I found them through my warranty company and I am so happy with their service. Their employees are always very kind over the phone and their technicians are top notch. Always kind when they are at my home and are always very informative with what they are doing. I am so happy to be able to use them for my repairs.

I had a leak under the slab in the kitchen. Aqua Mechanical was assigned to the repair by my home warranty company after many problems with the first two companies assigned. This being a week and half into the leak.

They called to schedule an appointment in conjunction with the company I had contracted to expose the leak by jackhammering. Konstasine called an hour before scheduled to show up to confirm the other contractor had indeed exposed the pipes. I had to tell him they had but the pipe was actually about 6 inches under the cabinets, and he had told me he needed a foot of exposure. I figured he would tell me to call him back when I had the cabinets pulled out and the rest of the hole dug. But he told me to wait and let him evaluate the situation. He arrived right on time at 5pm and proceeded to spend the next 5 hours working in this small hole under the cabinets to fix the leak.

He saved me so much time and money by working outside the set parameters, I can’t thank him enough. More service personnel should be like this.

Aqua was referred to us by the home warranty company. The electrician came out today about 9:30 AM, way earlier than expected. Cool!! Was able to get other things done today rather than screw up the whole day waiting . The electrician replaced an outlet which affected power in two rooms. All works great now. And the lady who I spoke to at the office was very helpful. Great service.

Aqua mechanical was quick, clean, and efficient. They diagnosed the problem and were able to get me a new water heater the very next day. Very impressive service, I highly recommend them!

Working with Aqua Mechanical Group was extremely satisfying. Both the Dispatcher and the plumber, Kosta, were very professional and are valuable assets to their Company.
As a result of the Hurricane, the dispatcher kept us well informed when appointment times had to change. She always was very pleasant and easy to contact no matter what.
Kosta, upon his arrival, immediately put on shoe coverings so as not to dirty the floors. We explained the problems and he went immediately to work. He did not stop until the problems were solved. Upon completion, he went over the work that he had done and asked if we had any questions. He left the work area spotless before he left.
We would not hesitate to contact the Aqua Mechanical Group again.

We were assigned Aqua Mechanical through a claim on our home warranty. Our lights and outlets had gone out on our first floor and we needed an electrician to diagnose and fix the issue. Upon assignment, Aqua reached out to us first thing in the morning and assigned a technician to visit our unit. Konstadin came out to our house shortly after 8 am, and in less than an hour had checked all our outlets, fixed the problem, and tested everything. We had everything fixed before 9:30am! These guys are amazing!!! I live in an old mobile home. Had a problem with my shower and Konstanine came out quickly. He then explained my options and the costs involved. We'll, I chose the cheaper option. He made me feel comfortable with my choice. And soon after, I had a working shower.
Friendly, competent, and economical. Will certainly call again if the need ever arises.

We had Aqua, technician Kostadin, come out to check our water line. We have a home warranty and this was their choice. It wasn't an emergency but they were there within 3 hours. He took pictures and I talked to him on the phone. The fault was with city water. The only hiccup was that we weren't home when he tried to contact us. I know that is a criteria for service but I did tell the office girl when I called. I would call them again.

Horrible location with regards to customer service. I have spent over $20000 on products and installations and we had a horrible experience with our counter installation that took 2 months for them to resolve and then after a few months the garage door began to fail and rather than resolve the issue even within the 1 year warranty they give me the 800 number for chamberlain and don't resolve the issue or back their product. They should just hang a sign stating we don't give a s#$*

I’m an HVAC contractor, this particular Home Depot is always a nightmare when I need to buy basic supplies for anything! I’m standing at the customer service desk for 25 minutes wow the same two customers are tying up the same two 14-year-old pre-adolescent idiots for that whole time. Five people in line behind me all getting really aggravated, I finally walked off muttering under my breath how big of a hassle this store is and always has been! Where is customer service ever!

Nice store. Clean. If you want to be in the truck rental business you need a better plan. To start with employee #1 gave us the wrong number to Hurts Penske. 2 nd employee had no idea. 3 rd employee was great. Took us almost a hour to rent a truck. We drove it maybe 10 miles round trip then brought it back. You should have a kiosk unit to sign up at first or stream line the program. Training training training. This is not how HD does business.
