From initial call with Vania (sp) to finished job by Constantine, I experienced excellent service. "Professional" and "personable" describes each encounter I had with Aqua Mechanical.

My husband and I have been using Aqua Mechanical for many years, they are reliable, honest, professional and give excellent service. I would highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The single worst experience working with a plumbing company. The 20 something “plumber “ that arrived looked at the manifold directing reclaimed water to the sprinkler system; said he knew nothing about it then charged me $100.00. To add insult to injury the “plumber” criticized my water heater as being too old and needing replaced RIGHT after charging me $100.00 for doing nothing. Just silly.

Don’t use this company, they installed a water heater at my home which gave me Luke warm water. When they came back to check they said thermostat could only be set at 125 degrees. Default setting is 140 degrees. At 140 thermostat breaker trips. They did nothing to help me and were rude.

Bottom line on top: FLAWLESS.

I loathe five-star reviews. I don't trust them and you shouldn't either. There just wasn't anything at all to criticise. We called for a leaky toilet (not the first time and unlikely to be the last), so I expect standard plumber action: Grumble, shake their head, up-sell like a madman and leave a mess. Constantine was FLAWLESS. Quick, efficient, and even friendly. He was out before your average plumber would have gotten to the "this is gonna cost ya" grumbling. He fixed the toilet, actually *showed me with dye* that it was fixed right, and was out before I knew it. All that and nice, too? Amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Constantine and, by extension, AQUA.

Disclosure: No one pays me for reviews or gives me discounts. Don't get me wrong; I'd love it! But anyone reading my reviews knows that the chance of anyone getting five stars out of me is slim at best. I aggressively search for the thing to knock a star off. On this one, I got nuthin'.

Sears Home Warranty sent a plumber and an electrician from Aqua. The plumber did absolutely nothing to address our issue, and of course charged for a service call. Then Sears sent an electrician who caused damage that required another company to fix. This company is not to be trusted!

This company and the technician that came to our house did a phenomenal job. Installation went perfectly for a new hot water heater. Highly recommend this team.

Aqua Mechanical is a very reputable company and Klaus, has done work in our home and has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He always cleans up after himself after his job.

I had to have a water softener replaced. They were on time for first appt to verify it was indeed the softener. They were back 2 days later to install the new water softener. They were friendly, professional and all is good.I rate them a 10!

My warranty company assigned Aqua mechanical for plumbing work at my home. I was concerned looking at the reviews online. But, Kosta from Aqua mechanical did a great job . He was very thorough and professional and did a great job.

I purchased a home warranty coupled with TECO gas.Plumbing Protect is a scam. Aqua Mechanical denied my claims and charged me $100.00 for doing nothing. Flyer in mail in November. Don't use these companies! I'll post whether they refunded me or not in a few days.

Aqua mechanical was sent to help repair a toilet leak by a warranty company and ultimately caused a greater problem. After telling me I would be refunded, ultimately the paperwork and charges were messed up, leading to hours on the phone with the warranty company and an unpaid debt to dispute due to improperly processing a refund.

Avoid utilizing the company. The technician was polite but ultimately that's not everything.

Aqua Mechanical fixed the hidden leak under the slab of my house, it took for them 1 day only & the price was more them appropriate. They're honest, professional & affordable. (Two other companies told me that the problem is unfixable & I have to re-pipe the entire house)

My plumbing at my daughter's house got backed up. Called warranty company and they send out this company to fix the issue. Gentlemen left and same night the bathroom did the same thing. Called the office and told the young lady about that the issue was not resolve. They sent the same guy and when he came he had an attitude saying that he did fixed the problem. He did what he had to do again and left at the night we decided to use the rest room and it backed up again. Called the next day and inform the office that the problem was never resolve and to please do not send the same guy back to the house.The guy showed up today with an attitude and didn't have the tools to check the clean out. We had to call the office to him them tell the guy to get off our property. I will never recommend this company to no one. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Very professional. They were very quick in responding to our work request, even though it was a holiday. Our problem was fixed and the technician gave us some hints on how to avoid this problem in the future. They are our go-to plumbers now!

This was a very exceptional experience with this plumbing company. Not something you usually say about getting a water leak fixed. Called before arriving and arrived right on time with all the necessary supplies. Got right to work and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

06/12/2020 - I had a plumbing emergency on Friday late morning and was having no luck with the service providers my home warranty assigned my claim to. The 1st company His and Hers plumbing told me even though my service was an emergency, that the following week Thursday was the best they could do, the 2nd company Kintex told me that they were no longer servicing my area and that the warranty company should know that. After calling my home warranty back a 3rd time, they listed all service providers on the roster and as soon as they said Aqua Mechanical I remembered the amazing work done with replacing my water heater a few months earlier. I immediately called and Konstatine answered and advised after hearing the situation that they would be able to come in a couple hours. I was so relieved to know that help was on the way. I have never dealt with this type of issue. When Konstatine arrived he was amazing and everything went well. He was extremely professional and the level of service was outstanding!! I could not say enough great comments about this company and the service these guys provide. It is very stressful when a water issue is happening in your home and companies that claim to be customer service oriented want to delay service for 6 days knowing that I was experiencing an extreme amount of stress and a home emergency. When you need a professional and the impact is damage to your home Aqua Mechanical is the 1st company I will always call for any plumbing, electrical, HVAC service needed. I don't know how this would have ended if it had not been for the quick response of both Konstatines'!!! Bravo you are amazing and I am so thankful that you made my emergency a priority. I have already passed the company information along to coworkers in the event they ever need to connect with an amazing team that exceeds customers expectations. Forget about the rest call the best, twice in a row I am super impressed. I have very high expectations and this company exceeds them by far!!!! Thank you for helping me get my house situated, I am so thankful!!!

Aqua Mechanical was sent to repair what I thought was an issue with my GFI. They were sent via my home warranty company. Aqua Mechanical has been here on three (3) separate occasions for the exact same issue. Each time they replace outlets, collect their money and leave. While here they are professional. This last time I refused to close out the claim with my home warranty. My home warranty refused to call them and had me do it. It took me two weeks to get them to agree to come out to my home again. They did not show, when I called they told me that until I pay them the service fee they would not come back. I told them when I initially called that I was not going to pay them until the issue was fixed correctly. At this time they did not have problem with that. I called them today to inform them that no one showed and that the problem was still ongoing. They then told me that they wouldn't come back out until they were paid. I can change outlets for far cheaper than their service fee. I refuse to pay them for work that is not complete. It is clearly a circuit issue and not the outlets as they have replaced them 3 times!!! DO NOT USE AQUA MECHANICAL.

Can't say enough about the service Aqua Mechanical has provided over the past few years. Our most recent experience just today involved Constantine installing a new faucet. Such a wonderful experience! Thank you!

I needed a new water heater. I called the home warranty company and put in a claim. Aqua mechanical came out the next day then they came back the following Saturday to install it. It took about 2 and a half hours. Kosta did a great job. Great experience.

Constantine and his team were very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took care of everything, replaced the water heater with a commercial grade unit, installed new fittings, and the hot water system was back up and running in around two hours. Recommended!
