If you’re thinking about hiring this company or get assigned them through American Home Shield just cancel the appointment. The technician had absolutely no clue what he was doing. What a waste of time and money!

Third Generation Plumbing and Air Conditioning did an excellent job explaining the type of unit I needed and installing in less than 24 hours. The installers answered all my questions and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Great company. And if you need financing, they are offing 0% interest for 60 months.

I was super impressed with Third Generation ... and Raphael, in particular. (Based on other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one impressed with him.) Third Generation gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way - just like they said they would. (So many companies say they will do this ... and then don't ... and just show up ... and if you're not home, you're out of luck. Not Third Generation; they did what they said they were going to do ... a lost art!) Raphael showed up on time and was able to quickly determine the issue with our AC - blown capacitor. 15 minutes later, new capacitor in, and our AC was back to working great. But what was really impressive was Raphael's willingness to talk with me, explain the issue, and provide some insights to how to best utilize our AC system going forward for optimum performance and reduced risk for issues down the road. Thanks, Third Generation ... and thanks, Raphael!

My first experience with this company and it was first class! David was nothing short of amazing! My system is an extremely complicated heat pump that he diligently worked on for two weeks to get it up and running. So many computer parts, chips etc. but David hung in there and was going to make sure that he got it going for me. After two weeks of no AC, I am very grateful for David! Even called me this morning to make sure that everything was OK. That’s commitment and excellence! Thank you!!!

This place shouldn’t even be in business!! They want to rob u you when you have a home warranty and say they are doing modifications when it’s a simple replacement of a hot water heater! Do not trust them! Rich the technician pretends he is helping you but is trained what to say to rob someone!!!! I don’t understand how this company is still in business!!! There is a reason why they have such a low rating! It’s not because people have home warranties it’s because your company are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called to talk to the plumbing manager Omar and was nasty because I put a google review! Look at all your reviews and truly know what customer service is and maybe try to listen to your customers instead of being nasty! I would rather pay thousands than deal with this garbage company!

This company is out to rip you off, stay away! There is a reason why they are rated an F by the Better Business Bureau. They were sent out by AHS to repair a leaking pipe. To their credit they quickly identified and repaired it but called it in as a modification to purposely void the warranty so I would have to pay the full rate as opposed to it being covered.
Alex M the tech lacks integrity to take advantage of homeowners in need. I called to speak with a service manager to discuss and give them a chance to do the right thing but did not get a call back. I consulted with a licensed plumber who confirmed the job is not a modification. A leaking fitting was replaced with the same material, same size with no redirection of pipes.
I think it's funny how they advertise the majority of their business comes from referrals yet they need to team up with home warranty companies to drive business their way.

I cannot praise Phil from Third Generation enough. Guy came out, heard the situation and immediately knew what the issue was. Within 15 minutes, I had heat again. Within 30 minutes, I had a significantly better understanding of my HVAC system than what I’d pieced together from multiple techs with other companies trying to spin me around to get more money out of me.

I had to get my hot water heater replaced because my home owners insurance said they would cancel my policy if I didn't. They notified me by mail and only gave me 2 weeks to get this done !!
Third Generation to the rescue they were at my home in 2 days and the excellent technician had my hot water heater changed in about 2 hours.
The installer was professional and courteous. He did a beautiful job cleaning up my old plumbing and installing the new water heater. A+++ for this company.

Had a wonderful experience today with Third Generation plumbing. The communication in scheduling was very professional, I heard back very quickly to schedule and given a courtesy call when the tech was on his way. I had water backing up into my tub and at risk of it flooding. I had the repairman Rich come to my home and he was very fast and helpful, got my tub and toilet working better than they were prior to me moving into my home. He cleaned my tub out after getting the drain cleared as well! Extremely grateful for his hard work that helped my family be able to use our water and bathroom again.

No one does the job like Aqua Mechanical. From the first call to a timely, effective, and cost-efficient repair. I have been relying on their expertise for years and will continue to do so.

Absolutely horrible service. Technicians are rude and will plant stuff to have to come back out again. Do not use.

My situation was not routine, but the tech was both professional and well informed. I will use them again.

Bathroom work. Service guy was very disrespectful numerous times and flat out just out of line rude. I can't stand this company. WORST COMPANY to ever come out to do work through our insurance. Incompetent SOB. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Had cinch as home warranty and they use aqua mechanical as a plumbing service and this guy done absolutely nothing. Had warranty through teco gas...never again

Worse experience. No return phone calls. Told American home shield our wires were cut. The only folks that came out were electricians. So called electricians.

They came out the same day once we told them our ac had been out for a week. Ordered the part and they called when it came in and came right out to install it. Great company and friendly,informative serviceman

Aqua Mechanical and their Tech Kosta Yankov were the best! I had clogging issues in my drains on the 2nd Floor of my home and the Staff at Aqua Mechanical were very helpful. I can't thank them enough
