Worst experience I've had with contractors ,unprofessional rude people , actually asked me to lie to code enforcement so they could put breakers in my house that were not up to code .I would advise stay as far away from these people as possible.

I was very appreciative that Leslie the scheduler was able to accommodate and moved up my installation dates. The service providers that came to my home was acknowledge of the roles for my kitchen designed. Thank you

There workmanship is not bad and yes they do a good job BUT trying to get them to do the job is a whole other story and getting them to show up for an appointment just doesn't seem to matter to them. I'm sure the time put into finding someone else to do the work would be worth the effort instead of fighting with these people to finish the job.

TPI installed our kitchen cabinets. Charlie was professional, on time, friendly and efficient during the install. The cabinets look great!! Thanks TPI.

TPI is currently “completing” a renovation on my kitchen through Home Depot. The original measurements(which were taken 3 times) were incorrect. Throwing off my whole cabinet layout/plan. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience. My house has been a construction zone with garbage everywhere since July 2022 and there is no end in site. Trades do not show up when scheduled or are 3 hours late. Subpar work is being completed. When the workers do show up, they leave my home a complete mess, screws/nails/wood/grout and various materials are left all over my home, and I have 2 children under 2. The scheduling department never returns calls/texts/emails, so you are left in the dark as far as when people are coming to complete work. People will come work for a week then disappear for a month. This whole experience has been complete trash. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR GO THROUGH HOME DEPOT!

Tpi did an excellent job on my kitchen, tpi rep Charlie was my installer and did an amazing job, clean and organized during the entire process. Especially tpi president tim, he was there for all my questions regarding my kitchen install, electrical, and plumbing, the main thing that’s hard to chase down typically. Very professional, & detailed
, skilled carpenters are hard to find in Florida, so I recommend this company to anyone that expects their kitchen to be done in a professional, timely manner. The one thing I had to realize is some items, factory/shipping faults, had to be replaced from Home Depot because of minor door replacements, but tpi rep charlie, was there Asap after our replacement doors arrived

Did a great job on installing our new cabinets

TPI - would be great IF: I didn't have to project manage the whole project; IF ; IF the job estimator cared enough to see simple plainly visible job requirements for the quote, then tried to charge later for unforeseen faucet on the kitchen sink. Home Depot created the project, took the money, from then on it was the customers required responsibility to be the project manager. I did not pay $45K, to be the project manager. This project is in month 4, waiting for TPI selected plumbers to fix what they could not figure out, again I am the project manager.
    -----------------OVERALL NEVER AGAIN----------------------------

We have had a wonderful experience with Joan Aviles the manger of TPI.
She goes over and above to ensure our home project is completed. She makes things happen quickly she is very knowledgeable and professional. The Voulti team has been excellent. Those installers are meticulous. Many thanks and a pleasure to work with

Just bought a new house in St Pete and the existing kitchen was rough to say the least. Charlie was total professional with the cabinet installations and did an excellent job overall on my kitchen. From demolition, plumbing, electrical, and finally cabinet install the job was completed on time to my delight! Always on time and cabinets are perfectly installed. Thanks Tim and Charlie!

Total Professional Installations is a total monopoly.

Total Professional Installations (TPI) has exclusive contracts with Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other home improvement stores. When a customer signs up for a kitchen remodel or bathroom installation at these stores, he is signing a contract with TPI. Buyer beware.

TPI may eventually install a project, but they are not Professional. And they are not Total.

Total Professional Installations does not communicate with their subcontractors, either. This means TPI schedules a subcontractor and coordinates with the customer. When the day arrives, the subcontractor arrives at the customer’s home. And that’s when the subcontractor, face-to-face with the customer, has to say, “This project is not ready for me, the subcontractor for something else (plumbing or electrical or . . . ) needs to complete their work. Then, I could come back”. Right day, wrong subcontractor – no oversight for the key aspects of a construction project.

A typical project could follow these steps:
    Remove the old cabinets.
    Repair the flooring.
    Fix the drywall.
    Finish the millwork.
    Install the new cabinets.

When TPI sends a cabinet installer after the floors are repaired but before fixing the drywall, there are problems for almost everyone:

    1 – the customer’s time is wasted,
    2 – the subcontractor’s time is wasted,
3 – the project is delayed, and
4 – the schedule has to be revised for everyone.

A dynamic organization aligns the dominoes before launching a project. At TPI, the dominoes can topple at any time. The customer continues to live in a construction zone, while Total Professional Installation scrambles to find anybody that’s available.

And anybody can be a subcontractor for Total Professional Installations. Anyone from Disaster Doug to Wonderful Walter might show up at the door. Project management expertise, technical acumen, problem-solving, time management, and high-quality results are not part of the unique blend at TPI.

All of this will eventually affect Total Professional Installations Inc., too. Their current inefficiency is expensive and their ineffectiveness is costly. They’ll need to recoup those extra costs. probably by raising prices on future contracts. Fortunately for Total Professional Installations, they are a monopoly.

What a professional experience every step of the way. Charlie did a great job installing and Adam was on top of every detail all along the way. They even came a week before to inspect every box for damage and completeness. Highly recommend!!

Had them come out and Brett the installer was fantastic, had a great conversation about dieting, exercise, and DND. He was extremely professional, using his tools to make adjustments outside to keep the house clean, and even adjusted the height of the cabinets at the last minute per my request. Also he was in a band too but I can’t remember what it was. 10/10 would use this company for installs again

No fluff, all substance and a true life experience with TPI and the man and the catalyst for this review.

A brief summary of what I recently experienced and lived through. My wife and I unfortunately were directly impacted by Hurricane Milton and lost the entire contents of our possessions that were destroyed as a result of the disaster, all of our furniture, living room, dining room, all kitchen appliances and cabinets, entire home entertainment equipment, life of family pictures and memories, gone in an instant. What followed was inevitably the Murphy Law effect, whatever could go wrong, went wrong.

Finally when the time came for the kitchen cabinets to be installed, yet another problem arose but as a result of this, I ultimately received a call from Adam with TPI and he himself apologized for the problems that I was experiencing with the sources whom were responsible for ordering and overseeing the logistics, which wasn’t TPI, but the primary trusted source failed miserably.

Adam turned out to be the consummate professional, a contractor prodigy and ensured me that he will oversee that things will be made right from that point forward….and he did.

I had lost faith and trust in my fellow man and by virtue of Adam stepping in and taking over, made everything right and I couldn’t be happier with the high quality and professional cabinets installation provided by Adam and TPI, now has me as a customer for life.

I want Adam, Mike, who installed our kitchen cabinets and the entire team at TPI that you guys saved the day and I will forever be indebted to you.

My heartfelt gratitude, a billion thanks plus for your expertise, support and attention to details.

    P. Rob
