We have used TPI to install cabinets in 2 of our homes. Each time they have been professional, arrived on time and do excellent work. I highly recommend them for any of your home projects.

Due to a major pipe leak behind the pantry and drywall in my older kitchen, I found myself unexpectedly deciding to install a new kitchen. Having limited knowledge about the process involved I decided to enlist the designers and consultants at Home Depot, and signed a contract with them. In my area of Florida, Home Depot contracts with TPI (Total Professional Installations) who provided all the different components necessary for this major project.

I was assigned a project manager (Will) who was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will patiently answered my millions of questions, helped me set up a schedule that kept disruptions to a minimum, and checked back with me regularly to hear how things were progressing. I never had trouble contacting him whenever I had new questions.

The workers who did the actual work were obviously professionals at their respective trades. Plumbers, electricians, cabinets and installers, tile work, countertops and installers...each one impressed me with their attention to detail! The finished product makes cooking fun again...

This has been a 5 star review...using Home Depot and TPI is the best decision I could have made. (And I now have Home Depot replacing the flooring throughout my entire condo next week...)

TPI installed cabinets we purchased from Home Depot for our laundry room and bathroom. Installer Frankie did an excellent job from start to finish. After arriving within the time slot he had texted to us the night before, he first laid down protection for floors and counter surfaces. Before starting he discussed the plans with us and tweaked as needed. He used a laser level to make sure everything was plumb. Then, put the cabinets in with great attention to detail, including door margins and trim work. When complete, he thoroughly cleaned up his work area. And, Frankie was very pleasant and communicative while doing all this work!

The cabinets look great, and my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.

We recently had our kitchen installed by TPI. Every tradesman (electrician, plumber, demolition, Drywaller & installers) who came to our home was top notch. They were all professional, communicated with us, arrived on time, cleaned up & did amazing work. Will, who coordinated the project was great to work with also. I would like to give a special shout out to Junior, our installer, and his son. We had numerous problems with getting the necessary pieces to complete the project from the supplier resulting in multiple visits from Junior. He performed miracles and made my kitchen beautiful.

I had a great experience with my installation team! They were on time professional and had all the tools they needed to do the job, and completed ahead of schedule. They took the time to align each set of doors so the soft close worked properly. I would definitely recommend this brother team that came to install our cabinets.

TPI - did try to provide a timely install. Office scheduler went out of her way to try and satisfy my install.
The kitchen was readied by others and was like new to accept cabinets. However, it is a spaced challenged area and the installer though willing had difficulty with his size physically in such a confined area.

Happy to say I had a wonderful experience! My cabinets were all installed professionally and on time. Although we had to order some missing items (not the fault of the installer) he was quick to return and finish the job. Walter, my installer asked me where I wanted my shelves in the cabinets to make it easier for me. Love my new kitchen.

TPI exceeded my expectations in the quality services they provided. They were focused , professional, and highly efficient. They did an outstanding job on my kitchen! They were also the most enjoyable people to work with! This was my first renovation since my husband passed. My husband and I enjoyed the process of working on renovations together so I was uncertain about “strangers” working in my home. Those concerns were quickly dispelled by Lesley who coordinated TPI work schedules, building permits, etc. She went above and beyond to keep me well-informed and comfortable with the process. At a particularly stressful personal time in the renovation, Leslie even sent me pictures of her baby pigs and sheep to comfort my ailing grandson. Contractors working in my home also went above and beyond to assure that the project was progressing as I had hoped. They were excellent contractors doing excellent work. They were also excellent people who showed pride in their work. I couldn’t have asked for more!

I wanted to create matching cabinets to an older cabinet. I was thrilled with the product. Frankie Lopez installed the cabinets was professional and completed his work in one day. You exceeded my expectations

They have been out to Tampa East RV Resort multiple times and still no electric for about 15 lots. Been having to run a generator 2 out of the last three weeks while they have been unable to complete a repair.

HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AT OUR BUSINESS AND THEY HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Never heard of this company before but being cut off by a driver, i have now. Maybe pick employees that represent your company better.

I still have not received a quote I'm still waiting after weeks. I'm starting to think they don't want to do my work.

I was behind one of drivers for this place today. Very unimpressed with they way he was driving. High rate of speed, tailgating, & cutting in and out of traffic. If his driving shows how they do business, pick a different electrician. Quick, annoying, dangerous on the job, & putting others lives in danger! Not an electrician I would want to deal with. Remember, they are paying you to drive!!

The people in the office is very unprofessional, if your trying to get anything from them good luck! Horrible customer service. My husband has being trying to collect his hours from them for about 6 months now, we have left messages voicemail emails. They always say the same thing they’re going to get back with us, They’re gonna have it ready for us and it’s always nothing.

Borrell did some service work at my home and did a fantastic job! Their service team and manager were very professional and I would highly reccommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Another review about the bad diving. The driver literally went out of his way to cut out in front of me. I was the last vehicle in a chain of about five. He was in a lane about to end behind me (with no other cars). Instead of just getting behind me he speeds up to get in front of me. This would not have been a big deal except for the fact that he had a 10 foot trailer and forced me off the road.

Borrell Electric’s service is outstanding. I used them to fix an electrical problem. They have great electricians, respond quickly, are extremely professional, and have reasonable pricing. I recommend them for any electrical needs you have.

They are the worst company I have ever seen! They made it so not one but both elevators were not operational... This all while I'm stuck on the 4th floor in a wheelchair! Reporting to the BBB ASAP!
