Ensolar company installed a 22kilowatt system at my uncles home and we could not have been more happy that we decided to go with his solar company after interviewing MULTIPLE solar companies. His companies persistence, knowledge, kindness and professionalism over exceeded our expectations. His crew was TOP of the line! I was very impressed with in Ensolar. From the sales team to the installator. The team kept me up to date with a progress. Was very attentive, they took care of the everything. Including the inspection with my local county and with Duke energy.

Outstanding quality with unmatched pricing and installation. These guys are the real deal. No money down. Installation was done in no time. When my micro inverter mysteriously went out, they came and tested the system, and then they replaced the part. No extra cost and it was done quick! I'd recommend Ensolar to anyone who owns their home. This is a Spanish and English company. Se habla español. Ensolar is the best!

Update. All is a lie! The government does not pay you to lut solar panelsas Ensolar told me in my home that I was going to get 18,000 dollars back as tax return and is only a tax credit. Very disappointed the way the lied about it I will like to have them removed. Will be contacting an attorney as they aslo lied to my in-laws

I feel disappointed and abandoned by any company that sends you flowers when you sign the contract and then makes a clown out of you. I signed a contract on April 29, 2022, and until today my job has still not been completed. At the time of the sale, there was a guarantee of everything I needed, but when I needed help there was no guarantee of anything. I've already paid the financing for 5 months and am still paying the energy bill, due to the lack of responsibility of a company that has no respect for its consumers. I'm at a loss to know what to do knowing that I've been waiting for more than 3 months for the electrical company to change the meter. Today to my surprise when I called LCEC I was informed that they were not given the information needed to do the service from the company that did my panel installation. I repeat as your customer what a horrible, irresponsible, extremely disorganized company.

The flowers must have been for my wake.

Ensolar completed my boyfriends home last month with a 18kw unit & I could not be any more impressed with the service and professionalism of the company. Ensolar completed the job within 5 days of signing the contract. Our electric bill is now completely gone & we are 100% satisfied with Ensolar & I would highly recommend Fabio & his team to anyone looking for solar.

I am not a person to write reviews but feel the need to warn people out there. My mom originally installed solar panels with this company and recommended them. We installed them at our home and recommended them to our friend and our in-laws who also installed them. The panels never worked properly at any of the 4 houses. They have come and “assessed them” several times, even installed extra ones stating “we needed more” in order for them to work. We have even contacted TECO. Two years into the panels and one none of the electric bills come lower than $150. One of them is usually around $300 and the other one just recently started being $250 plus the panels bill. The company states “we are spending too much energy at our home and simply need to purchase more panels”. Very disappointed

Up to installation it was fairly smooth. Panels that were originally going to be installed they couldn’t get so another brand was offered. I reviewed the new panels and once I accepted the next day they installed. They were left dirty but after contacting them they did come back and clean them. Panels haven’t been turned on yet but overall they look good and the app seems easy to understand at a quick glance.

My experience with this company has been mostly positive. From the Salesperson (he was great), to the installers, to the support personnel, they have always been helpful and professional. Currently waiting to be connected to my power company so that I can begin using the solar panels. I did have an issue with an HOA requirement to paint the outside equipment that is attached to my home near the electrical meter. They repeatedly said they would take care of this and now they are refusing to do it claiming it may void the warranty. I am not happy that they told me they would (to include the installer) but now they are not. I discussed this with them and advised them i would bring up this issue in my review but it looks like they are not following through with what they initially said to me. Dishonest! For this reason I am rating them 3 stars instead of 5 stars. Will update this review after I am using the solar panels.

Great company! They where knocking doors in my neighborhood and we decided to give them the change to explain to us about the solar panels, after the presentation we told them we needed a few days to decide.... well it took us over a moth and a half to actually make the decision on going solar, impressive enough Fabio the salesman was not pushy and was not bother by the fact we kept rescheduling the sales appointment , long history short took a little over 3 weeks from the moment we signed everything till we had out panels installed !!!

Ensolar installed a solar panel system for me in October 2021. A friendly company that communicates well and constantly before, during and after the professional and seamless installation. People that looks at my house can’t tell I have solar panels. Efficient…I ended 2022 with a nice credit in my TECO account. Well installed…the panels didn’t suffer during hurricane Ian. This year, I had to replace my shingles because it was time (not related with having solar panels). Ensolar came out and removed and re-installed the panels working around the re-roofing and county inspection schedule.

Your installers put up our solar panels in a very professional manner. They explained what they were doing for us at each step of the way. They were late getting started because of problems picking up the panels but came back the second morning to finish the job just as they said they would. The electrician also explained to us what was being done and how the system would work. A+++ to the whole crew. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I decided to install Solar and a sales representatives came to my house and told me what my bill will be after I install their system and I will also get a battery. I agreed for this. Solar was installed after a lengthy wait almost a year. Didn’t received the battery and my electric bill has increased. I called numerous times and spoke with 2 different representative and was assured that my battery will be install and I will get more panels. I just receive a call from Sam telling me I have to pay for more panel because they purchase the company from the person I spoke with initially. I told him whenever you bought a company you buy their problems as well. Also they bought the company they bought their workers as well, because the gentleman that visit my home after signing up for
The service is that same person came to my
house after installation.Very dissatisfied customer.

Ensolar was very efficient in the process of intstalling our solar panels. We are now waiting for the last steps of hooking up to the electric company. So far everything has been flawless. They have been Professional and responsive to all our questions. I would definitely recommend them.
