We hired Brian and the team at Proactive to do two small projects which made such a huge difference in our home.

They framed in a door for our bonus room which now turns it into a legit 4th bedroom (major ROI for when we re-sell). The quality was so good that we can't tell the door wasn't there to begin with. And they got it done just in time for family who visited during the holidays.

We also had an awkward cubby that we wanted to put up a barn door and and make it an office/workspace. After seeing some photos they did for a custom shaker barn door in another home, I asked if they could do the same for us. The end result totally blew us away! We didn't expect for it to be framed in so perfectly, and the shaker door and hardware is truly craftsman quality. It shuts out just enough noise for me to be able to work from home, but also opens up easily to allow in natural light in our upstairs.

The crew worked non-stop, was extremely respectful of our home, cleaned everything up each day they were here, and as mentioned above the quality of the work was absolutely amazing. I could not find a single issue.

They also use an incredibly helpful online system which tracks progress, shows photos, tracks billing and everything. You can tell that Proactive is poised for major success in the future. We are already planning our next project(s)! Thank you again Brian and Team Proactive!

We just did a bath remodel with Proactive Construction and Design. It looks absolutely amazing. I had an old olive (yes I’m aware that’s ancient) tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. Brian the owner was amazing. He helped us at every turn. From guiding us to what tiles to go with to even the fixtures. He went to the stores, took pictures and sent to us so I didn’t even have to leave my house. He was here every day checking in and supervising the job. His crew was top notch and very meticulous. We are so pleased with our new shower and how everything turned out. Brian was amazing and working with him was so easy. So grateful we found him.

Brian and his team recently completed an office renovation where we closed off our former living room with glass doors and added built in cabinetry and desks to make a new office. We used Brian and his team to create a large master closet in our bedroom. This involved building a wall to close off one end of the room. They took care of everything… Framing, drywall, texturizing, and painting the wall, trim, adding a barn door, and even adding an AC vent. It only took a few days, and every person showed up when they said that they would, which is rare for any service! We also had some built-in bookcases already in the room and they relocated these for us so that we were able to salvage some nice custom furniture and use them in another space. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. They provided high-quality work and service. Our new wall looks like it has always been in that room!

Can't say enough good things about the quality paint job I just had completed by the Fowcon team. They were able to repair a bad patch job in my ceiling due to a small plumbing leak, and they painted the entire ceiling which now looks flawless. The team was very professional, and I can't believe the extreme level of care they they took to make sure none of my furniture or wall art would be impacted by paint. They were detail oriented making sure the job was done perfectly before they left, and also made sure to let me know if I noticed anything that might need a touch up to call them back and they would be right out. I highly recommend them for any of your interior paint projects.
