The worst company you could find. These guys completed a roof job in May 2017. The roof started leaking in September 2017 (4 months later) and they refuse to stand by their work and come out to the property.

One Call Construction's name is ironic because after about 20 calls they still have not stood by their work. They say they will call back, email me, and yet I have to call from a different number to even have my call answered at this point. Because of their poor communication, I originally stalled on having someone else come out and a few more days of rain caused significant damage.

A new roofer came out and stated the work that was done was extremely poor and borderline negligent. I am seriously considering my legal options but the most important thing for me at this time is to warn anyone and everyone from doing business with this company.

Please take your money elsewhere. These guys are dishonest and have no pride in their work. You will ultimately be like us, paying more for a different company to fix the work they did incorrectly, and repair the damage that their work caused.

Wow the most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with. I was closing on a house and needed the items corrected that the inspector noted in his report. Eddie told me he was going to Disney until Monday for five days but would take care of the wiring problems before closing. Monday morning came and no Eddie. Called him and he assured me they would be there in the afternoon and start work. The afternoon came and he called and said he can’t do the job because it was to hard for him. They waited five days to tell me they didn’t want to bother with the job leaving me scrambling to find another electrician to clean up his mess three days before closing. I did find an electrician and after inspecting the previous work they did they suggested I file a complaint and get their license revoked because of the illegal and not to code work they did. If he didn’t quit I never would have found out how incompetent and dangerous their previous work was.

This company was fantastic! He fixed our electrical problem right away. Quick, easy to communicate with, super friendly, and reasonably priced. Exactly the kind of electrician you can feel good about supporting. Thanks one call construction

I have had a great experience with this company. They replaced my roof a few years ago, they did a great job. Yesterday, I had a water heater issue. Although his staff was slammed, the owner, Will, personally came out to check it out and make sure my issue was attended to. You can’t beat that.

We recently had a massive tree limb tear out our electrical service, landline & cable. The electric company cut the power, but would not reinstall the meter until electricians came in to do the initial repair work. Will Velez and his crew got the job done, on the holiday weekend, in a clean, efficient, and professional way. We highly recommend services from One Call, and we are grateful that Will was concerned enough to call us 4 times to determine whether the electric company came out to do their part. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days makes a huge impression!

I recently had my apron ( drive way ) paved from One Call Construction and my experienced was fabulous. The owner Will was always available to me when I had a question. Will and his crew went way beyond making sure they could maximize the space on my drive way. The City of St. Pete really gave us our challenges, and Will stayed in communication with the Code department. Overall, the work they did far exceeded the expectations. I will be referring One Call to my real estate clients.
