Cris and his team were awesome to work with. They communicated, performed quality work, and were very professional. Highly recommend using them for any size construction project.

My repair project was fairly simple: repair/rebuild one bedroom wall interior and exterior from a leaky window. Cris, and ultimately Johnny, were excellent throughout. Estimates and communications were upfront, and not pushing for sales or extra work. The work was done within a week, and looks perfect.

I even noticed a small touchup fix I wanted late Friday evening. Expecting no response until Monday, much less a fix, I was shocked to have it fixed up by 10am on Saturday. Just... so well above and beyond expectations. The entire project is making sure you're satisfied.

I was searching for a builder I could trust for a long time. Being from NY and not knowing anything about construction in Florida, I received 20 quotes. I didn’t like any of the builders. I just didn’t trust them. I found Tampa Bay Construction Services and Cris, the owner of the company, quickly put my mind at ease. I had to build a detached Casita for my father and Cris immediately hooked me up with their Architect. Within 3 weeks we had plans and they were filed with the county. Work promptly started. Cris had strong control over all his subcontractors. His team was here daily, watching them like a hawk, to ensure the project stayed on track and I could trust the building was going to be solid. The biggest thing about Cris that I appreciated was his personal investment in the success of the project. He knew how important this building was for my dad. He built it as if his father was moving in and I really appreciated that. The project kept within the promised budget and timelines and my father has finally moved in. Cris is a solid human being and his team is incredible. I would recommend Tampa Bay Construction Services to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks guys for delivering on the biggest promise I have ever made to my father! You knocked it out of the park!

Cris is a great contractor who worked with my budget for fence replacement/installation. He is honest and really had my best interest in mind.His selection in materials was impeccable. His team is top notch and provided the best customer service. They hauled away the old fence. Have a 1 yr warranty and am ecstatic about the new fence. We just wrapped up an awesome project working with Mehdi and his team! They did a stone accent wall 20 feet high and 8 feet wide with a mantle, a stepper, led crystal fireplace and also two accent walls! The whole project was completed in a week and it was a terrific job! The quality of the workmanship is awesome and they cleaned up the place really well! They also took care of mounting the big screen TV beautifully! I would definitely do more home improvement projects with Mehdi and Step up team and highly recommend for anyone looking for a great makeover!

I have worked with step up home improvements on many projects now. Every time they do a great job and make things much easier for me. Their prices are very reasonable and they can be a one stop shop for so many different projects, and they even carry flooring materials and other materials in stock which is very helpful. I referred them to many friends of mine and I just had them complete another Flooring project in both units at a duplex and everything looks great. Definitely can’t recommend them enough.

Very helpful our project turned out great. They loaded our truck with the stone we bought from them for our fireplace was very good quality.

Awesome experience and great prices!!! First and foremost, I made an inquiry on Facebook marketplace and the owner, Mehdi responded almost immediately! First brownie point. I chose to travel from Sumter Cty, over an out to come see his inventory. Well I was greeted with a smile as I entered, and he was with a customer at the time! Second brownie point. I was FaceTime with my daughter to view the inventory so everyone could vote on the style for our kitchen and he jokingly joined saying “hey, I want to vote”! Lol He was very hospitable. We decided on a style and I made my purchase with ease. Third brownie point. Lastly, he carefully and expeditiously loaded my merchandise and I was on my way! I’m going to not only recommend him to everyone I know remodeling but I will also use him again!!! This is definitely the guy to buy from!! Step Up provided a well price estimate and accommodated me by starting on my project the day after we signed a contract. Arsen was a great project manager. Kitchen turned out great!
