Just had a new air conditioning system including new ductwork put in and this company did an excellent job. I’m so very happy with their care and commitment to my project. They were careful with cleaning up the area after the installation and covering over anything inside that was subject to any dust, such as furniture, flooring, etc. They also had to relocate the air handler from the interior attic space out to the garage. They were able to hang the unit instead of using floor space in the garage. They ran new electrical lines, water lines for drainage outside, put in all new ductwork, changed out all the inside vent covers, and did an excellent job. Their communication during this whole process was excellent and their work ethic was great. I will be using them for my annual check up as I always get a check up before the summer months start. They provided a warranty with their company and registered the equipment with the manufacturer. They also left me all of the pertinent paperwork. Thank you Optim for your great service, I will be sending along your information if anyone asks me if I happen to know of a great company. I also see that you do so much more than air conditioning and I will keep your company in mind for other issues that I may incur throughout my home ownership. Thank you again.
