Finally a contractor that listens to you and works with you. Had great ideas for refinishing my bathroom after water damage and having mold taken care of. My bathroom is now completed and the ceiling and wall in in my bedroom. Everything Looks great and they cleaned up so well after the day was done each time all week. Great workers. A great team.

I have also used them on my personal homes and would trust them with any job. Technicians and staff work well to ensure a very responsive and polite service to all of my tenants, family and friends. They have catered many services to my business and the way I operate. They warranty there work like few business I have worked with. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very honest and well priced services. I would recommend them to any landlord or homeowner. Im just sorry I didn't write this earlier. They deserve it.

The home work for finding the right construction company for your home repairs has been done for you. I have trust issues and this group has won my trust. Colin listened to my hesitation, concerns, and expectation and his crew delivered. My ceiling was ugly. Everytime I looked at it- it turn my stomach. Now it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The job TJ and Bobby did was very professional. The crown molding is perfect and really enhance the new ceiling. The new flooring they installed- looks perfect!

Called for an estimate for a major remodeling project. Estimator came out, took measurements and it was the end of positive experience. No communication after, so I reached out and was told they were having new software issues, will receive an estimate on 2 to 3 days. Nothing again.
Three weeks later Chris calls to follow up on the project, says estimator left the company, he apologized and said he will get an estimate to me shortly. I'm still waiting, it has been 2 months.

Roy did a great job installing new weatherstripping for me. We needed an extra part to finish another job so he said not to worry about the charges until the full job is complete. Highly recommended!

As a new home owner this was our first time hiring a contracting company, and we could not be more please with our experience with Tampa Bay Construction Services. Quality work, affordable and the work was completed in the time frame promised. I'm so glad I found them and will be using them in the near future for other projects. Highly recommend this company.

This company does an amazing job from start to finish. I definitely recommend them for any repairs or remodels that you need big or small.
They redid my bathroom on a 1930’s house and it looks like a bathroom from a new construction house.

Tampa Bay Const. remodeled our 60-year-old condo in St Pete. The end result is that we are happy with the way our condo looks, although there were several speed-bumps along the way. We had them gut the kitchen and bath, remove bath tile and cabinets, and open up a wall to change a hall closet to a kitchen pantry. Plus, they updated lighting and replaced ceiling fans. So, we now have new kitchen & bath cabinets and a new walk-in shower. On the plus side, Chris went out of his way many times to make sure that things were done the way that we wanted. He gave us a set contract amount and there were not add-ons when the project was complete. He usually communicated with us well and took photos that were relayed via email or text as we were in WI when the project was done. We are very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and quartz countertops, and the bath tile was well done. Initially he told us he thought the job would be done within 8 weeks, however this dragged on for almost 6 months until the final checklist was completed. One project delay was getting cabinet drawings done as there were back-and-forth delays due to a shortage of cabinet designers. We would edit cabinet drawings and then wait an entire week for an updated version. In fairness, we were responsible for about 3 weeks of delays due to having separate contractors hired to install patio doors and scrape off the textured ceiling and re-paint. Hurricane Ian threw in one more week of delay. When we arrived in July two months into the project, we found some demo debris still in the unit and on the porch. A bit upsetting as Chris knew we were arriving and could have had the place cleaned up in advance. There were times that there seemed to be a lull in getting any work accomplished, probably due to other ongoing projects. We provided Chis a detailed list of items we selected and discovered that several incorrect items were purchased by his staff; fortunately, most could be corrected in time. Kitchen cabinets were measured a bit too big which caused a problem with the ref. door not being able to open. My solution of cutting away the adjacent door casing worked but could have been avoided. So, the bottom line is that we recommend Tampa Bay Const., however be sure to keep your eyes on the project to be sure things get done properly.

Cris and his team went above and BEYOND! From walking me through the types of granite and stones, to which edging is best for my kitchen, and what colors go best with my overall layout, Cris was fantastic. The whole team was so nice, professional and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Construction Services to any one who needs literally any services!! You can’t go wrong hiring this amazing Team!

This company is absolutely outstanding. I had a rental that my prior evicted tenants completely trashed. You name it and it needed it. New floors, plumbing, appliances, electrical and essentially a renovation. Chris was extremely professional, attentive and on budget. They turned this rental around fast and now rented out again. In addition, Tampa Bay Repair Services went out of their way often to make this easy on me. I have now referred them about 3 other times and all with positive feedback. This company is your one stop shop for overall home repairs.

Loved this company! Came out promptly to give us an estimate which was very fair and was able to fit the job in within less than a week! Work was thorough and very reasonably priced. Had we not used them we likely would have paid 5x for work that was not needed. I would definitely use them again!

We worked briefly with Tampa Bay Construction Services to obtain a quote for a project. Cris was helpful, professional, and accommodating as we navigated a new situation with our insurance company. He and Cesar came out to do the estimate and were friendly and efficient during their visit. We didn't end up going through with the project as we originally planned, but Tampa Bay Construction Services will be top of our list for future renovations. We are so grateful to them for their guidance and kindness.

I have always been reluctant to hire contractors. Cris at Tampa Bay Construction came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. After a water leak and removal of mold, they rebuilt one bedroom and full bathroom. All the employees were very personable and professional. Anytime I had a issue Victor was there to correct it. They came when they said they were going to come and at times even worked at my house when no one else was there. They gain my trust and I will be using them again to rebuild the second bathroom. I would highly recommend them.

Chris and his team were awesome. I just got a new home with the NACA mortgage and needed a whole attic staircase replaced. Everything was great with the major structural repair to my carport. Quick process from Javier’s initial visit, to putting me in touch with a great engineer for design, to getting started. The crew worked quickly and got my project done faster than I expected. The work was very high quality - the carport looks exactly as I pictured. I’m very happy and will use Javier and Tampa Bay Construction services again.

This was my first project with Tampa Bay Construction Services. They were a referral from my realtor. This is a team I highly recommend. Cesar is the Project Manager. He’s the right guy with the right disposition to coordinate the project from start to finish. Constant communication every step of the way. From design, to material and parts selection to even walking me through the tile store to make sure we got the right look and feel, Cesar is a guy who makes it easy to have trust and confidence the project will be a success. The team was great. Jose and Javier do really good work. Oscar on plumbing made sure we were tight and ready to install the fixtures. I can’t say enough about Jose and the attention to detail. If something came up, we stepped through the decision process to make sure the end result worked. We’ll initiate project number 2 in the next couple of months and expect similar results.
