I don't get why this has all the good reviews. I went with them to provide designs for an addition I wanted but the guy who I worked with didn't seem interested to help me speak to the engineer to make sure the plans were done. He also didn't provide a good estimate of the engineering plan cost. It ended up being 4x higher than the initial fee. It wasn't a good experience and I decided to not move forward with them to provide cost of addition construction.

Cris & Roy came out and did a fantastic job repairing my kitchen appliances. They actually made it out a lot sooner than I expected. I will defiantly refer this company to friends and family in the furture.

Tampa Bay Repair Services are awesome!! I had a garbage disposal break in my house and they came same day and fixed it for me at a great price. Will highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with them. The most recent job they've helped me with was a tricky water leak. Chris worked carefully and deliberately, and took his time to investigate the root cause over several days. What looked like an expensive leak from a pipe inside a wall turned out to be a much simpler shower drain issue. Chris' careful approach saved me a ton of money and unnecessary work. It was a pleasure communicating with Chris throughout the process. I will be pleased to work with them again in the future.

I needed some work done very quickly in a home I rent out before new renters were to move in. This was very last minute and unexpected work, but Victor at Tampa Bay Construction came through for me and was able to get his team in there to get done what was needed! There were some changes along the way as we found more things were needed, but we got it all worked out and finished in time for the new renters!

We found this contractor through The Home Depot. The work these people do is outstanding! One fellow put in some long hours, but that didn't diminish the quality. While it was a little pricey, it was still worth it.We wanted the job done right, and it was! I recommend them!

Cris and his team have been working with my property management company for a few years and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are fair in their pricing and their work is clean and well done. Cris is honest and professional and we hope to continue our working relationship with him and his company for many more years!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Victor and his team! I was petrified to remodel our bathroom, I had heard such terrible stories! From the first phone call, I felt at ease. Today Howard pressure washed the back of my home so well I couldn't have done it better myself and I am a perfectionist. There was mold covering everything, a spiral staircase, concrete pillars, the white rought iron fence...all spotless! He worked non stop until the job was complete. All of the guys at this company are super nice and trustworthy.
