I have now used On the Level Inc to remodel two of my homes over the last 5 years and they did an excellent job both times. The owners Joi and Dan Lovely are professional, helpful and what I like the most is that with both homes they came in on budget and on time. Loved both finished looks. We have used “On the Level” for major and minor projects, starting with a shower replacement over 10 years ago. In 2017 they renovated our 1 bdrm guest condo, completely replacing the kitchen and bath, retexturing all walls and ceilings, and replacing hardwood and tile floors. In 2018, we lived in the guest condo while “On the Level” did a similar renovation to our 3 bdrm condo.

I particularly appreciate their willingness to deal with the many restrictions of working in a high-rise building. The quality of their work, realistic time estimates and integrity are excellent. Best of all, Dan and Joi Lovely are really great people - a real pleasure to work with!

Eleven years ago, Joi and Dan of On the Level were highly recommended to us. They were tenacious updating our old house and had better ideas than ours or other contractors. They have done a great job on the variety of projects, both big and small, at our home and for our daughter's business. They are multi-talented but also know when and who to bring in for work requiring specific skillls. They are realistic about expenses and time table, AND they show up on time every time. We trust them 100% with a key to our home. They are the DYNAMIC DUO!

We had our entire 1940’s house renovated and added onto. Dan and Joi told us we would be finished in 4-9 months and we were back in our house at 9 months. There were ZERO communication problems, they were very fair, kind and it was truly a low stress situation. They are very experienced and knew all the answers to our million questions. We were very nervous starting this and so happy we went with Dan and Joi because it was such a great experience. We cannot recommend them enough!

The owners Dan & Joi Lovely are truly exceptional. They deliver exactly what they say they will, on time and with excellent workmanship. They remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms in our condo, added a new air return, replacing flooring in our common foyer and fixed several issues, and wow does it look great and function better. My husband John and I highly recommend them for any work you are looking to do as it seems there’s nothing they can’t do. They also made smart suggestions and walked us through every step of the remodel and made it happen in very short order, while working through the condo management. A stress free experience!

We have had two great experiences with On the Level recently for home projects, including construction of a wood fence and gates and a complete remodel of our back patio and pool deck. Both projects went smoothly, proceeded on time, and we are delighted with the quality of the work. The owners, Dan and Joi, obviously take pride in their company and in their work--everything was done right, and they have been very diligent in follow up to make sure we are happy and completely satisfied. On top of that, they are both easy going, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Selected On The Level because of their 5 star review and they lived up to it! They came and listened to what we wanted and what our budget was. They took that information and came up with a plan to get everything we wanted while staying on budget (actually a little less!). They kept us updated and informed every step of the way. They are professional and really great to work with. We got to choose a lot of the materials that were used such as the tiles for the bathroom shower and counter tops for the kitchen and much more. Joi has a good eye for design and helped us pick out a few things for all the rooms we had done. We will be using them again once we are ready to add an addition to our house. I can't recommend Joi and Dan enough!! If you want a great contractor and quality work, I suggest giving On The Level a call!

Exceptional!! Above and Beyond in every way. We could not be happier. All of the subcontractors were also exceptional. We had an open area enclosed and added a 10' x 25' lanai with tile and fans. We are so very pleased. Ed & Ruth

We hired Dan and Joi and they did an amazing job enclosing our front room to make a den and redoing our stairs along side. Truly looks like always part of our house, exceptional work! So easy to work and communicate with. Clearly they take pride in their work and work hard to make your visions come to life! Highly recommend
