I reached out to Michael because our solar panel arrays needed professional cleaning, and of the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews. Michael did not disappoint. He answered my call and was most pleasant, taking the time to understand our needs. I accepted what I considered a very reasonable price estimate. Michael kept me informed throughout the process leading up to our appointment, was prompt (in fact called to ask if he could come earlier than anticipated) and presented himself like a business man should: with courtesy, kindness and an easy willingness to thoroughly explain every part of the process and was very patient and considerate when answering all of my questions and concerns. He performed an amazing job and our panels look new again.
Michael was kind enough to point out a few damaged roof tiles prior to beginning his work. These tiles were most likely damaged during hurricane Ian and also very likely broken during previous service (NOT by his company).
It is truly rare to meet a man like Michael, as he is simply an amazing human. His professionalism, level of service, and his genteel and easy going demeanor and positive, friendly attitude was quite honestly a breath of fresh air.
