Bowdens Carpet fixed a serious pet stained carpet issue for me at one of my rentals & my new tenants are very happy. Way to go!

The carpet cleaning itself was fine. It was the lack of respect for my home that was insulting. Most companies take care to put corner protectors up around your home so the flex piping doesn't mess up the corners and paint. This was not done. We had just repainted the basedboards in our entire home the day prior. Only to have to go back and touch up all of the corners they drug the tubing across that ruined the paint and caused damage to the molding itself. Also, they somehow managed to drag mulch from the front lanscaping outside to the back of the house even with the tubing. Look elsewhere for your carpet cleaning needs. I was in a rush and couldn't use me regular people who take great care and respect your home. Apparently Bowden doesn't.

Used Bowdens for the first time and would highly recommend them! Mike Sanders was our technician he was on time, super friendly, made great recommendations and now my couches are back to looking like new!! Thanks Mike!

I'm disappointed in the outcome from the cleaning yesterday. I was charged $25 For area pet treatment. I paid $215 in total when I was originally quoted $165. I spoke to the guy over the phone about a few areas that had dog pee. He told me it was $5-$10 per spot. I asked for a 3x4 are where my dog peed and then one spot on a rug. That spot was still there on the rug today. I took my Bissell little green cleaner and it came right off. We went with Bowden carpet cleaning because they are a reputable company and we've used them before. I had to pay a total of $215 only to have to clean it more myself this AM. The job was done in 40 min and we are not happy. I had every room vacuumed and cleared and it was a simple job. I then spoke to the manager and he accused me of attacking him while I was asking him how it got to$215 and why the pee spot was still there. He got very defensive and said to me "what do you want." That, to me, is unprofessional and we will not be using this company ever again. No resolution was offered at all. Disappointed.

Zane was great! Service was very professional! Cleaned the carpet on the stairs and my ceramic tiles. Would definitely recommended to a friend or anyone looking for service! 10/10.

We used Bowden's Carpet Cleaning for our home after we noticed issues from the previous tenant's pets. They were on time and very professional. We were very pleased with how the carpet turned out once they were finished and I will definitely be using them again!

Louis was very personable. He called when he was 15 minutes out to let us know he was on his way. He arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time. He had both recliners cleaned and was on his way in less than 2 hours. Chairs looked and smelled amazing. I would recommend this company to my friends.

We had a dirty and dull carpet. Bowden's cleaned the carpet and it is so clean, it looks new. Very pleased!

Lewis showed up on time and did a great job cleaning our tile and grout. Called Rod, the owner, to let him know and found out Lewis is a manager and has been with him 14 years. Not only did Lewis did a very good job for us at a reasonable price, he is a very friendly and personable fellow. My wife and I highly recommend Bowden's Carpet Cleaning and Lewis to do the job if he's available.

Multiple phone calls made to this business without any return phone call. I messaged them, left a time of phone call, date and name/ phone number. No return call. When I finally got a hold of someone on the following Tuesday, they denied ever receiving a call from me. They are not able to accommodate the 2 to 3 business day area rug carpet cleaning, even if I drop it off to them. Really poor communication, will bring my business elsewhere. I would suggest the same for others if your interested in having a competent and quality experience where customer service is put at the forefront of the relationship.

Zane explained all the prices in detail prior to starting job and gave me quotes on other pieces of furniture. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. Zane took his time and did a very thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend Zane for any future carpet cleaning.

I just moved into my new apartment and prior to receiving my service from Bowden’s, the carpet was sticky and gross. I told them what I needed done and my experience with their technician, Mike, was excellent. He kept his social distance and was polite and professional the whole time. I will be calling Bowden’s any time I need a carpet service done.

Did a fantastic job cleaning and deodorizing a large area rug for us! The rug was very well loved by our two beagles and when we picked it up it after the cleaning it was pristine and looked like a brand new rug. They provided a very short turn around time and a super reasonable price. 100% recommend!
