We saw one of their trucks at the neighbors and asked if they could squeeze us in. Our tech Zane did an excellent job and was quick too. Carpet looks brand new just in time for the holidays. He even did the tile in my wife's bathroom. Couldn't be happier.

Bowden’s was FANTASTIC! The service and quality of service that I received was top notch. I had my questions answered over the phone and was confident in the ability of the Bowden team to fix my damaged rug. I dropped off and received my rug within 2 days and it looked brand new.

Phenomenal customer service! Bowden was able to get me in last minute for an area rug cleaning before the holidays last year. They were affordable and timely. I am coming back to them this year again for my annual area rug cleanings

Bowden's Carpet Cleaning is fabulous. Very experienced. First assesses what the item/ being cleaned is made of to heat determine type of cleaning method (ie dry clean vs steam) Bowden's for sure are experts in their field!! Rodney Schmitt was helpful and knowledgeable. Fair Price, Good Job!

A+++ Exceeded expectations. I took two rugs in and was told "7 to 10 business days." Both were done within 3 days! Rugs had not been cleaned for over 10 years. They now look fantastic. Even my wife was impressed. Very professional and clean shop. The employee I dealt with, Rod, was top notch. They seem to take pride in their business. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Bowden’s for years now. Zane came out this time with excellent customer service, speed, and efficiency. We have two large dogs and two cats, and they clean our carpets and upholstery to perfection.

Chris from Bowdens carpet cleaning did an outstanding job with my RV carpet cleaning and my chairs in my RV. Chris was so respectful, informative and took his time to explain everything and educated e on things. The smell is gone from a stray cat that got into my RV and Chris well all I can say is he did an awesome job. Bowdens Carpet cleaning should be so proud of such a wonderful representation of your company. I wish I could give more that 5 stars and Chris deserved the best 150% accolades.

If you’re looking for professional and timely service, Bowdens is a dream come true! My story starts with 3 rugs, which had seen better days… I was told by two other companies it would be impossible to clean… Luckily that’s where Bowdens comes in…. They were able to save my rugs and deliver them back in near perfect condition. Safe to say they have a customer for life!

I just had my carpet cleaned by Zane and the results were amazing. I had really bad pet stains and they were totally removed. I do recommend Bowden’s Carpet Cleaning!

My older dog got sick while I was at work and let’s just say after doing the best I could with the carpet in my bedroom, it was awful. I looked online at carpet cleaning companies with high ratings in my area (Trinity) and ended up calling this one. They set an appointment and gave me an idea of the cost. The price was very reasonable for that type of cleaning. When they had a cancellation, they offered to clean the carpet earlier than expected, which I accepted. Communication before the appointment was great. He showed up on time, and was extremely professional. The carpet was deep cleaned and sanitized. It looked brand new when he was finished. I was asked to look at it before he left and make sure it was done to my expectations. Excellent service. I will schedule them again for the rest of my home.

Bowden Carpet came to my today and clean my sectional and living room rug and 3 bedrooms, including one of my rooms that had two stubborn pet stains. Stains are gone and sectional smells clean and smells great. Would recommend and use again.

Bowden tile cleaning service is the BEST! I have used them for years and with my house flooding recently with the hurricane I had them come out and clean and sanitize my whole house. Zach did a wonderful job and I appreciate his attention to detail!

This is the third time we have used Bowden Carpet Cleaning. They have done a marvelous job each time. My foyer carpet had become very stinky from an elderly dog. It smells wonderful now!

I have been using Bowden’s for over a decade. They show up on time, sometimes early, and do an amazing job. Having pets, my carpet gets worked over but Bowden’s makes them look brand new. Highly recommend their services!

I wasn't sure I wanted the hassle of getting my very large,thick rug cleaned but I saw an ad and decided to take it to Bowden's. They gave me a very reasonable quote so I did it. When I brought it home it didn't look great. So I called them and they explained to me that the carpet was breaking down and that was what I was seeing but to make me happy he would clean it again...free of charge! It looks great!! I'm so happy I chose to go with them. It's very nice to have an honest company help you nowadays. It's also very nice to have a soft rug under my feet again.

We have been using Bowden's for 4 years to clean our 30+ year old wool rug. It looks great ! We only have one room in our house that has carpet and they just completed the cleaning and we are very happy with the result. Very happy with the quality of workmanship and the excellent communication.
