We recently started using Chinchillin Pool Service when we moved to our new home. They have been cleaning our pool routinely and recently replaced our filter. Jose has been excellent. He is reliable, has great communication and is extremely honest. I would highly recommend them.

Finally, a family owned business that is 100% reliable and focused on not only results, but the best customer service I’ve had in 14 years having this pool. Same day and time every week like clockwork. Life happens, and in the very few times it did and they could not get out on that day, I get notified and typically it’s the very next day. Jose and crew operate like a well oiled machine. Pool repair, no problem. They are on issues within the same day or very next to diagnose and repair. The work is backed up, if I have an issues with something Chinchillin did, again, same or next day to review and resolve. My Son uses them now, just as happy. Highly recommended. Jose from Chinchillin Pool Service is the best! He has helped me with problems I’ve had caused by the other pool services lackluster care. He is prompt and is always present on set days and times (quite rare). Jose has an amazing customer service skillset that is very hard to find nowadays. Jose and his team at Chinchillin handle the weekly service of multiple pools for me (including my personal pool). They are extremely professional, always answering quickly any questions I have as well as providing a great experience to my clients. Their customer service is outstanding. They do an amazing job cleaning the pools, filters and making sure the water is always balanced properly so it doesn’t affect the finish of the pool. I highly recommend them!

VIP pools delivers top notch service. My pool looks better than it ever has in years. I’ve gone through 3-4 pool service providers over the last 3 years. My pool seemed to always start turning green at least once or twice per year. I haven’t had any problems at all since switching to VIP pools. I like the email notifications of their service visits, complete with a picture of the pool the price they were actually there. Also, easy online billing. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Called them last Wednesday, after our current pool service totally messed up our pool by using a grout cleaning product improperly, and failed to make it a priority to fix. Both owners, Jose and Javier, came out the day I called to assess and fix the situation. They both have showed up EVERY day since to attempt to fix the mess the other guys made. They have been very honest and transparent about best/worst case scenario. The day they sent their guys out to clean, just a regular cleaning, they did double the amount of work my prior company did. These guys really know their stuff— very knowledgeable, very caring, and they take pride in the work they do. I wish I had them from the beginning! .

VIP pool service is the best. If there is issues they resolve them quick and efficient. Very friendly and positive all the time. No one else can clean our pool but them. Javier is the best.

There is such great peace of mind in knowing what is being done during a pool service when you aren't doing it yourself - from the per visit report with health of the pool and when the pool is useable after treatments, to photos of the work being performed - it fills you with great confidence. My family is loving our pool and it's thanks to Tampa VIP Pool Services for keeping it in tip-top shape! They're also very responsive and courteous, any time we need to reschedule or any time we've noticed anything that our landscaper or anyone else tracked into the pool, a quick text (super convenient) and it's taken taken care of.

Tampa VIP pool services have been great. We have three pools at our various properties and they service all of them. Great service, quality results and very reasonable prices for not only the weekly service but also upgrading systems like converting from a chlorine pool to a salt pool. Jose and Giancarlo are absolutely amazing! This is a real review in case anyone questions reviews lol. I had them at a previous rental and ever since I moved I called them to the new property because of issues. They fixed previous Pool Co. issues immediately. They treat you like family and respond in a timely manner. If the pool seems off they are there instantly to check on it. They are professional and know their stuff! They go out of their way to do everything they can to get that pool crystal clear asap. Definitely call them! I promise you will be satisfied with their work etiquette! I switched to Tampa VIP Services approximately two months ago and could not be happier. I was with another company and always had issues with algae in my pool. Unlike many homeowners I am home when my pool is serviced and was able to discuss the situation with my service technician, Ryan, who was their best technician. When Ryan left that company to work with Javier at Tampa VIP Pool Services I made the switch with him. Ryan is still my technician and low and behold now that he has the proper tools to do his job with voile la', no more algae! Much better value too! Whatever my pool needs it gets, no more running to the store to purchase additional products. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you.

Tampa VIP pool service took care of my pool immediately and the results were immaculate. I haven’t been able to relax outside by the pool for so long because of the filth that had built up prior but they made it possible for me again! Such great and caring people. Down to earth and reliable service at best.

Javier and his team have been awesome! I used a different company and assumed that I would have to deal with a green pool every year during fall season because of all the leaves that fall in our uncovered pool…or whenever it rained hard during rainy seas on. We were new to Florida and it this is our first inground pool. It was frustrating to say the least.

We called VIP and they immediately serviced our pool and got rid of a black mold that quickly spread all around the pool when my son unknowingly got into it with a bathing he had worn to the beach and hadn’t washed it, thus introducing this mold. Javier and his team quickly treated our pool mentioning that he had been familiar with our property prior to us purchasing our new home. They explained to me step by step the process and immediately, within a day or two our pool was clearing up.

Our pool has remained clear despite all of the leaves that constantly falls into it. Javier assured me this would be ok and pretend that my pool was like swimming in nature in a river with debris falling in it all of the time. I thought this meant I would have to accept moments where my pool would turn green but to my surprise, my pool has been crystal clear ever since.

His team noticed when our timer went bad and immediately fixed it. His team noticed we needed a new filter and offered to replace it. They stay on too of issues so that we can focus on just enjoying our pool. They send detailed emails with photos of what has been done and even shoe pictures of my gate being closed which os great because it keeps my Jack Russell safe in our yard. And they quickly respond to my texts or emails when I need anything extra done or have questions.

His prices are reasonable and well worth paying for peace of mind. I highly recommend VIP Pool Service. This Jersey family that knows nothing about maintaining an outdoor pool is super grateful for them.
