One random week our pool went GREEN! In a panic I had no idea what happened. I had them contact me when they came to do maintenance, and had everything explained. They came out multiple times, and even answered any and all questions. Never once making me feel like I was being a pain to talk to, or that they had no time for explanations. Even took time to help show my son how to properly clean filters etc. This company is now our weekly maintenance company, and still are there to answer any questions without any issues. If I could give more than five stars I would. Really truly give them a try if you are looking for good honest pool services!

Tampa VIP Pool Service is the BEST! Our pool is not easy to manage and maintain -- but they do an excellent job. Every time! The pool cage doesn't cover the entire pool so this time of year there are a b'zillion leaves in the pool and baskets. The best pool company in Tampa, and by far. Used Pinch a Penny for years and their service got progressively worst. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful pool now that Javier and company maintain for us. Our home is used for airbnb. When I arrived at the house our pool was dirty and green. The owners, Javier and Jose showed up that day and over the next couple of days were able to get our pool looking great and crystal clear again. I have been with Tampa Pool Services since we bought our house with a pool in August 2021. I'm very happy with the work they do cleaning and maintaining our pool. He is very professional and I don't have to worry about anything. Price wise, they may be one of the most affordable in the area for the amount/quality of work they do. Highly recommended.

Tampa vip pools are an awsome company! My pool looks beautiful after the hurricane, you would never guess it looked like a pond before! The crew is prompt, friendly and do excellent work! Gigi the co owner/ receptionist is very friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend them for your pool service needs!

Best Tampa pool company. We have tried a lot before we were referred to Tampa VIP Pool Services. From day one, they have been responsive and our pool has never looked better. We had a leak with our pump and they came out same day and told us exactly what needed to be done. They are reliable, professional and good at what they do. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a pool service in Tampa.

After issues with previous Tampa pool companies, Tampa VIP Pool services stood out above all the others. They promptly came to provide a quote, and were able to start right away. Any minor issue that came up, they came out to the house immediately to address it. They are consistent with notifying me when they are on the way to the house and the best part is the email sent after each service which include pictures and a detailed breakdown of the chemical levels. Overall, great company and highly recommended. Definitely worth it and I think other pool companies should strive to aim to be like them!

I have been using Tampa VIP Pool Services for several months now and I could not be more satisfied with their service. After struggling with various other pool service companies for 3 years, I had a neighbor recommend VIP and they rock! I had to fire 3 other pool service companies because they just couldn't get the basics right but VIP goes above and beyond to deliver a fantastic customer experience. Reliable, expert service and a fair price. I highly recommend these guys.

VIP does a great job on my vinyl lined pool.....it requires special TLC and I am definitely happy with this service....the name fits perfectly. Very friendly, patient with my questions and very professional.

We just moved into a new home. VIP Pools had been servicing previously. We decided to stick with them and I am so glad we did. The service has been terrific. They give personalized service amd respond quickly to questions.
