Jose provides great service all the times, he understands pool chemistry very well and works to improve water quality with minimal chemicals. He doesn't over charge or make you do un-necessary treatments and make you pay for it. He explains everything. His availability is great - call or text him he will respond immediately or show up at your door. He helped to get my pool back in shape after two storms in days. Highly recommend.

I recently moved into my home and needed my pool light fixed. Jose was punctual, professional, and extremely polite. Although he could not fix my pool light (since the cord was stuck) I would recommend ChinChilln to anyone needing pool maintenance or repair.

Additionally, Jose was kind enough to give me some tips on how to remove the filter from the housing, let water out of the pool, etc. Would highly recommend!

We have been using Chinchillan pools for about two months now. We are so pleased with their thorough cleaning, and their reports after service. We are provided with photos of them entering exiting cleaning, and the after photos of our filter and pump basket are appreciated and proof that the job was done. Love them!

Jose took on my account when my previous pool cleaner couldn’t make it any longer. And since, my pool hasn’t looked better. What really stood out though is his team still showed up at 6am to clean my pool the morning after Hurricane Helene. My pool was TRASHED. My deck was TRASHED. Go to bury your underwater robot or vacuum into dirt cuz you will never need it anymore! Every time I looking at my pool, I can’t find debris underwater, I can’t even find a leave on the water. After I choose this company, I can’t do anything because they did everything perfect to my pool. I am Bo, I live in Carrollwood area with an oversized pool, now every time I am looking at my pool with big surprise. Thanks for the service I appreciate it!!!
