My wife and I live in St.Augustine Fl. We had some construction material that needed to be picked up so we called Junk Shot. We used them back in June of this year and they did a great job, professional staff when we called the people that came out were great so we decided to call them again. Today Sabastian and James came out and they had everything picked up and cleaned up in no time, they made sure everything was clean and nothing was left behind. 2 of the nicest people and the estimate was fair and wasn't far off from what was quoted when they arrived. Thank you Sabastian and James for being so professional and quick with the clean up. You both are awesome! If i need anything else picked up I will be calling Junk Shot again.

Alex and Arturo did a great job. They gave me a call the day of the job with an ETA as to when they were going to arrive and were actually accurat! They were quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend Junk Shot to any one who's wanting to get rid of things that you don't think will fit in your garbage can or would rather not just leave on the curb. Not knowing where to turn to have a few items removed from my property, I reached out to Junk Shot, filling out their online form. Within minutes, I was contacted by the service manager, Chris, to give me an approximate price based upon my uploaded photo as well as to schedule an appointment. I had called on Friday and Saturday morning, an amazing team came out to remove my items! The service was fast, friendly and at a great price! The team that came out made quick work of the removal and certainly spared me from trying to move the items myself, load in to the back of a pick-up and take to the local dump - all which would have been severely disastrous. I am extremely grateful for Junk Shot and the services provided! I highly recommend this amazing company!!!!

I have used this haul away junk service twice in the last month. Each time I received exceptionally courteous, and professional service from all involved in the transaction. Both times I received immediate, and prompt same day service. Technicians were clean, smiling, competent, and thoughtful. I was given a specific time frame, and notified before arrival. The pricing is modest, and affordable. This is one of those rare company's which please from beginning to end. 5 Stars for Outstanding . !

My experience with Junk Shot was excellent from the initial call to the pick up. The two gentlemen arrived at my apartment promptly and worked carefully to get the items out. Before using Junk Shot. I shopped around and after doing that I can say with complete certainty that Junk Shot has not only the best prices, but the best customer service around. They were fast, efficient, and gave me a great price for all of the items that I had removed. I will definitely use them in the future.

They arrived at my house right on time and had all the junk loaded up in about 10 minutes or less. The guys were very professional. I highly recommend this business. Now that all the junk is gone my porch is nice again.

I have used Junk shot removal two times now. The first time I used then I was happy with the experience. I had a lot of stuff to be removed and they quoted me a reasonable price.

Since I was so happy the first time I used them again. This time I had less than half of what I needed removed than the first time. They still tried to charge me just as much. I was able to negotiate $20 off the price but you’re kind of in a pickle when they are there. They don’t give quotes online or on the phone so you’re kind of at their mercy when they’re there.

At this point if I need something else hauled away I will find a different company to use that has a more standard pricing. Not what a couple of guys think you should pay when they arrive at your house.

This wonderful company removed our old adjustable bed and mattress the SAME DAY and didn't want us to pay them until AFTER the job was finished. They provided 2 strong guys to move the bed out who were very friendly and polite. That kind of service is rare these days, and if we ever need them again we will gladly call them. Plus, repeat customers get $10 off the next pickup. 😁👍

We have used Junk Shot on numerous occasions including yesterday, and as expected, they did an excellent job removing our junk. Absolute professionalism on their part, and very respectful of our home and handled with the utmost care. From now on these are my go to guys for junk removal and/or hauling materials. I work for a construction company and used many junk removal companies. From my experiences Golden captain hauling is top of the line. Very professional and punctual!!! I had an emergency situation and they took care of me. I would definitely recommend them for anybody.

Very nice! Was surprised they carried stuff from upstairs. Just very polite workers. Their supervisor Louis was ion top of things. They had a job that took longer and they were going to be a little late.. I was impressed that they called to let me know!
Their prices are better than other companies and more friendly!

What a wonderful experience! We had just moved in and had a lot of boxes and some household goods. From the time I called and spoke to James I felt very good that they could get the job done. The 2 techs (Alex & Mike) were outstanding, polite, courteous and always smiling..in 95 degree heat I say that is something else! They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great and organized service! This is a simple process to have all the random overflow junk picked up. They send pictures with the invoice which is very helpful!
