They suck I went to take a bed frame and headboard when I got there they said I had to leave a 37doller deposit I only had 30$ in cash they wouldn't allow me to dump it. over 7 dollars They suck!

Excellent facility very professional than using them for years they were helpful and courteous because dumping is not an everyday thing and you get lost you have to go to scale first weigh in and when you're done way out

I love this old dump. Dumpsters are low so you can slide trash in, free if you have your Hillsborough county tax papers. They even take Paint cans empty or full and Refrigerators.

I have a construccion in my house is the first time I use this service, they request the owner to be there in order to take the trash, they have bad attitude, bad service, I paid a lot taxes as is incredible the bad service, much problem to use this service....the Hillsborough County better do something about this service we are tax payer we deserve better service...if we have some to bring our trash for our home better do something to help the home owners not to make more difficult to us...very disappointing!!!

Please read.Great clean location. Be aware, the employees at that locations are NOT ALLOWED to help you with any kind of waste. They are there, to check what you are dumping, not to help you dump your waste. It is prohibited. So, dont waste your time posting bad reviews. You know the rules. I'm a happy informed customer.

Not sure what everyone complains about. They have rules. They have lives. Don't show up with stuff they don't accept. Don't show up ten minutes before they close. I've been goin for years with no problems. Stop whiningvor go somewhere else. Just sayn!

The staff is very polite.

Terrible customer service. Employees have nasty attitudes. They make everything more difficult than it has to be. They picked that job so they won’t get any sympathy from me but gheeze why they’re allowed to work there is beyond me. If you can go somewhere else, do it! They seriously try to keep you from using their facilities.

Kenny at the linebaugh transfer station was more than helpful when it came to to some heavy unloading of trash…Not only was he of the upmost help but very courteous and kind….I thankyou again Kenny for all your assistance…..J Jefferies

I’ve been to this place 4 times in a row and each time they have some reason I can’t dump my stuff off there. So I have to drive 40 minutes to the pinellas dump which gladly accepts everything. These people are rude, lazy and this dump is horribly maintained and managed.

I want to say that you shouldn't come here and I have several reasons for this, 1- you need to have at least $ 50 in cash for a deposit 2- I gave $ 40 for 500 kilograms of garbage, in st. Petersburg I pay 11 dollars. 3- it is inconvenient to throw out the garbage, it must be put directly into the container. on other garbage cans you just throw the floor. bypass who the place is.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to someone on the phone to confirm this was the proper site to dump certain items and they confirmed that it was after I give them my address. I show up in the employee had the audacity to deny me from dumping anything and said that because I live in city limits I’m not allowed to dump here. 2 hours of my time waiting in the lines.

Always, Always missing our pick up day! Once we waited 8 days! No matter when you call they will tell you your business is on schedule then they dont show up! Our bill is iver $500.00 a month and paid on time. Even spoke to the manager for this area and he even at this time does not respond

ATTENTION HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY STAFF. You need to change making the daily junk hauling small business owners from entering the same error as the garbage trucks dumping waste. It is so gross that you make us dump in a very unhealthy environment and step in nasty waste that gets all over our feet and we bring in the germs in our vehicle which stinks up our cars all day. It's so poorly run that I highly recommend you learn and visit the Pinellas county facility on 114th street. They are extremely clean and have a separate location for all the daily business owners who dump by hand daily and it's half the price. Your tax bill area is fine and your tree debris area is fine but seriously change what you are doing for the daily business owners who are bringing you business and paying. I live 1 mile from your dump but drive 25 minutes to the Pinellas dump and there is no comparison. You are in need of change. It's a health hazard. The person who set up this structure should be FIRED.

Went to the Community Collection Center to drop off an old mattress and got yelled at for pulling out a tax form that was one year old. I politely asked an African American employee named “Mike” how to pull up my 2021 bill
on my phone. He proceeded to yell at me and said that he didn’t have time to explain it to me. Horrible attitude! I will be reporting him to my county official.
