I contacted ACS because I needed a repair on my irrigation system. It was very important to me to get it done fast because we had water going everywhere. Bernie responded fast and was at my home on Sunday to get the work done. He was able to show me how the system worked and programmed my irrigation system based on county rules. Thanks so much for showing up fast and prompt taking care of our needs!!

Great company,great people. I reached out to ACS via web as was surprised when I received a call from Bernie not minuets later. We scheduled the service call. I was very surprised when he called to say he could be here in about 4 minuets and a day early. Bernie is professional and friendly. He thoroughly explained what was needed with options. I had a completed job an hour later and could not be happier! I would definitely recommend ACS to anybody looking for fair and honest people.

I was a bit skeptical at first due to the previous reviews but I gave ACS a shot. When I spoke to them, they were very responsive from the start. They came out on the day that they told me and fixed our issue on the same day. I made sure that communication regarding the cost of the fix was exactly what we had agreed prior to them starting the job. I personally did not have a bad experience. We had a leaking sprinkler zone and they fixed our issue promptly!

ACS was amazing! I called ACS irrigation this morning to address a pipe leak on my sprinkler system. Not only were they super professional, but they came to fix the problem on the same day. Really fair price for a fantastic job. Thanks a bunch!

We have used ACS Irrigation twice. We had a leaky ball valve which they replaced and upon checking our system they resolved other issues for us. They responded quickly both times completing the repairs and guaranteed their work. We dealt with the owner. Honesty and integrity is #1. Highly recommend

We are very happy with ACS Irrigation. After a recommendation from a neighbor, we called ACS and were able to schedule an appointment quickly, but then they called to work us in even earlier, which we appreciated. After listening to our perceived needs, they made professional recommendations, which met and exceeded our expectations. Their advice will save us money in the long run in terms of both water usage and maintenance. They started the job immediately and completed it as promised a few days later. Overall, ACS Irrigation was pleasant and easy to work with and we are thrilled with the completed job.

My system needed a lot of work. The team from ACS quickly identified the biggest problem, fixed it, then spent more time with me troubleshooting the rest of the issues making recommendations along the way for a more efficient system. They made additional repair and tweaks until the everything was working optimally and all zones were well covered. They are professional and efficient and I’m very happy with them.

Solenoid valve had gone bad & was causing one of my zones to no longer work. Rodolfo & Robert came out and cleaned out the casings for all of my valves that had been overrun with dirt. The dirt was so packed in it was causing zone to not activate. They quickly cleaned it out, replaced the valve & verified all zones were properly working before leaving. Thanks for your quick assessment & replacement of failed part.

This morning Bernie & Carlos came out to relocate my neighbors sprinkler head that was under my fence. Bernie was quickly able to assess & relocate with no issues to my fence.

This afternoon Rodolfo & Robert came out and replaced several sprinkler heads, fixed the water pressure & replaced my older Rain Bird manual control system with a Orbit B-Hyve Smart Watering 6 Station system. All of my questions were answered and they made sure to review each station with me to ensure I was happy with the direction the water was spraying. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Getting a call from the owner demanding a deposit for irrigation work today was disconcerting enough. The quote and his staff had indicated that no deposit was required and full payment should be made when workers arrived.

It was even more concerning considering the fact that I had notified ACS to cancel the service through phone messages left on their business phone and multiple texts to the number they used to send me messages. And this is just the tip of the iceberg in a harrowing experience.

I sought a quote and their technician came out and seemed knowledgeable and competent. He did a thorough inspection. The quote seemed reasonable.

However, the technician who opened the valve to the irrigation system (which had a broken pipe) failed to close it completely when done. When I went to mow the lawn three days later I saw a flooded side yard. The technician returned and told me he had fixed the issue. But I discovered that he had turned off the valve for the house rather than for the irrigation system that was still leaking. I figured out how to turn off the valve myself.

Communication was already appearing to be an issue since my text and phone message were not “received” by ACS staff. I only got communication from ACS because the staff saw a missed call. Their staff member promised to get to the bottom of the issue of them not “receiving” phone messages or texts.

Since I had not been able to get other irrigation firms to even respond I accepted the quote on the weekend and expected to be contacted to schedule the work. By Wednesday afternoon I had not been contacted so I called and an appointment was set for today.

Upon further consideration, especially relative to their poor communication, I decided to cancel the work days ahead of the scheduled day. I notified them via text. I notified them via phone message. In one text I explained my reasoning for canceling. I asked for them to confirm that the appointment was canceled.

Not surprisingly, I heard nothing until this morning when I got a reminder that they were coming. Once again I replied with a text telling them to “Cancel! Cancel! Cancel!” and also left a phone message.

I finally got through and was told they had texted me that morning asking if I wanted to reschedule (which would imply they had not read any of my previous communications) but then the worker confirmed that no message had been sent yet.

I let the worker know I needed to speak with the owner/boss. I promised I would leave a review one way or another, but they could improve their situation by taking responsibility.

I soon got a phone call from the owner/boss. However, it was not what I expected. He was calling because I had not made a deposit. As I related the issues it was clear he was either unaware of the fiasco up to this point or was unconcerned. For example, he told me I should have called the technician instead of the number on their business card and their website when the leak was discovered. He eventually acknowledged that there were issues on their end of things and promised to address them.

Based on this you can probably guess whether I would recommend ACS.

It is very difficult to figure out which ACS is which as there are multiple addresses and phone numbers. This is the ACS from which I received email appointment reminders.

Rodolfo and Jerry did a great job. They arrived right on time and resolved my reported issue rapidly and professionally. Rodolfo first gave me a quote and explained everything that was required and offered various suggested options. Great customer service as well as fixing my issues. I will most definitely call ASC Irrigation for my future sprinkler system issues.

Had appointment time at 9am and the tech. showed up after 10am. Although the personnel that came were both very pleasant, I was quoted over $600 for 4 broken sprinkler heads and 1 tall broken sprinkler head. I was then told that they could discount it by $100 if I were to do the work the same day. Something didn't sound right to me, so I decided to call around to get quotes and I am glad that I did. I reached Greens Lawn Sprinklers and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kevin. He was so helpful and was able to come out immediately to complete the repairs needed. The charge was over $400 less than ACS Irrigation quoted. Always trust your instinct and do your research!

Thanks, Bernie, for taking the time to reach out. I believe our conversation to be positive and if anything should happen with the company that is now servicing me, I would be happy to give ACS Irrigation another chance.

When I called and scheduled an appointment. I asked Kevin how much it would cost and was told they would be able to tell me once they got there. I paid this company $125 to bypass the rain sensor. Yes, push a button on the sprinkler box. Originally the tech said that I needed a new sprinkler box which would cost $450. I found that very hard to believe. I'm trying to understand what equated to $125 dollars because he didn't do anything and the receipt says. Bypassed rain sensor. Ask questions before you agree to an appointment. If I knew they would be that expensive to push a button on a box. I would have declined them coming out.

I have spoken with the main office, and the professionalism and motivation to rectify this situation was very impressive. Usually you write a review and you hear nothing or they respond with a generic "I'm Sorry" message. I can say that they listen, and will address any issues that you may have. My situation has been rectified and I would recommend them. All the best.

Absolutely amazing workers , they came out and instead of not explaining things to me (as other companies do) they explained everything well so that I could understand exactly what needs to be done and how they are going to do it. They repaired my water pipe with on sight and even set me up for an amazing payment plan. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Such a great experience. The technicians were very thorough in diagnosing all problem areas with our system. Having recently moved into our house, we inherited a system with some issues. They were friendly, quick, and very efficient in getting our system up to the necessary standards. Would recommend ACS absolutely.
