Totally impressed with the professionalism of this company... quick response to my initial call... they sent Me text, email and phone call reminder of my appointment. Clear explanation of the cost process and discount. Laura and Johnathan called and arrived early. Laura was very professional and detailed. She went over the work done and explained the warranty. I highly recommend ACS. Make sure you ask for Laura.

ACS has replaced my pressure and well. I gave them a call on 7 Aug saying I was having an issue. After multiple visits they determined it was the pressure tank they had installed and told me they would be out to replace. After multiple attempts for them to come out, they gave me a excuse on why they didn’t make the appointment. I’ve now called and left a message every week for the last 3 weeks with no response. I’m left with no choice but to give a 1 star review and say that ACS does not meet their warranty. I’ll change my review if someone at ACS will return my calls and replace the pressure tank that won’t hold pressure.

Bernie and Edgar arrived within the designated time frame window. They were polite and efficient. They assessed the situation and gave me a price for immediately needed repairs as well as recommended repairs. We agreed on the scope of work and they completed the work within an hour. I was especially happy that they were able to come to the house and do the work the day after I called them. The price was very reasonable too.

The guys were awesome. Since I made the appointment for an estimate last week, they have stayed in touch the whole time. Once they arrived, they took a detailed look at the sprinkler system and then had an estimate within minutes. It cost was right were we expected and since they were ready to do the work (yes! right then...no second appointment needed) we decided to have the work done then. Now...all our heads are found, pipes fixed, and the system covers the entire yard! Thanks! We'd recommend this team to anyone!

I contacted ACS irrigation a couple of weeks ago regarding an issue with one of my sprinklers. They had technicians out the following morning to assess and repair the damaged sprinkler. The technician confirmed that the sprinkler head and pipe were damaged (likely by the mower) and needed to be replaced. I advised the technician to proceed with the repair once I confirmed the cost and that I would receive an invoice breaking down the labor and material costs.

In no more than 10 mins, the job was complete and my issue was resolved with the damaged sprinkler head being replaced with a new one and the damaged pipe being replaced with a flexible line. Upon review of the invoice, I noticed it did not provide the breakdown of the material vs labor costs. I then called the company back and spoke to someone about my issue. They then stated that they’d look into it and make sure I received a copy of the invoice with that info. Well they simply resent the same invoice that I received earlier that day.

I did not bother to call back again to inquire about the cost breakdown as I didn’t feel it was worth doing so. Although their responsiveness and service was great, they were lacking in transparency in my opinion. Therefore, I simply decided that I would not patronize the business again in the future.

Great work. Poor follow up service!! Been trying for a month to try to have them come and adjust sprinklers (wetting street)promises tomorrow>>>>never shows up!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.....WASTED $425😭no one in his right mind should hire this outfit. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO FOLLOW . !!!!!!!expensive too!!!!

Completely UNRELIABLE & Unprofessional! After sending me an appointment reminder (via text) the day of my appointment, “Jr” text me back 30mins later and said they needed to reschedule. I was a little annoyed since I waited a week for the appointment, but I agreed to reschedule the appointment for the following week. Again the day of the appointment I was told that they had “significant delays because of the holiday” and would need to move it a couple of more days, which was today. Needless to say I waited 3 hours and even tried calling to verify that they were coming. No one showed up and they didn’t even have the decency to call or text!! A complete waste of my time! If anyone has a recommendation for a real business, please let me know!!

Our sprinkler system wouldn't turn on. Apparently, the sprinkler overflow valve wasn't working. Javier and Jose went down to the store and picked one up. They installed it along with new pipes. We then began testing. I am glad we did. We found out that I had two more broken sprinkler heads. After the quick replacement; Javier and Jose inspected each one and made sure they were all working . Both Javier and Jose were commendable in their service and knowledge. Thank you for this experience.

ACS came highly recommended, and did respond quickly. However their van got stuck in my yard, leaving a huge mess. There was no offer to fix the damage. Charged me a $75 service fee. And then quoted me $3275 to fix the pump, control panel and tank.
I called a second plumber for a second opinion. He fixed it within a few hours for $250 control panel. And did not tear up my yard.

Editing to ad that in less than 24 hours of this review the company contacted me to discuss my concerns, and refund me the cost of the service fee. I felt my issue with going directly to the most expensive repair option was taken seriously and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I know irrigation repair is on the rise right now due to the drought however I will never use/recommend this company even if they were the only ones in business. JR came out to provide me a quote to fix my system and wanted to charge me 225 to glue some pvc pipe back together. When I told him that was too much he dropped the price (190) and when I said it was too much, he said he would call the office and try to lower the price again. I bought the glue (8) and fixed the issue myself. I know there is a bigger issue with my system but I refuse to use a company who will try and take advantage of their customers. Do yourself a favor and save some money by going to another company.

From start to finish, the HHS team was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and pivoted at the last minute when I made a change (after they installed the fence). Communication was superior. I highly recommend them.

Honest. Timely. Well organized. Clear communication. And most importantly a job well done. Very happy and will be using them for many more home improvement.

Very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. HHS built a screen enclosure for my back patio, and it looks very nice. I have scheduled an estimate for additional work on replacing a section of my fence. I look forward to using their services in the future for additional projects.

Excellent service price very good compared to others. We had Harris solutions install a panoramic screen to my lanai and the workers were very good and fast. The owner Mark was very easy to make contact and very helpful in answering all of our questions. We are using this company to install pavers after seeing the company's work at a neighbors house. They deserved my highest rating.

Had a top notch experience with Mark. I got multiple bids and he was so professional from the start. He was able to source the exact product I wanted (which most people told me was unavailable or would take weeks to get). The fence was installed on the date he said it would be. It looks incredible and really elevates the look of our home. Mark was very responsive and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
