Will never come back unless this is made right. I pulled on the scales to dump my trailer and the lady told me $65 a ton. after I dump and get back on the scales I get charged $141 a ton. Yes almost 3 times as much. And I proceeded to tell the lady at the counter I was told $65 and she said “prices went up” I just couldn’t believe it and didn’t have time to argue so I left and took the loss. But I genuinely do not understand how this is allowed

Worst company ever. The lady at the scale at 2:20 pm on Thursday, September 4th, was extremely rude. She made me wait 10 minutes, then asked which car was mine. I said “the white Sprinter,” and she told me, “that’s not the answer, learn English.” Totally disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I will never use this company again.

I would recommend ACS irrigation to anyone seeking reliable, professional service for any irrigation system. I was having some problems with leaks in my system and they came out and took care of me. They tested my system and made sure all worked excellently. And they gave me a really good price for everything. The men that came were helpful with all my questions and made sure I was happy.

They came out fast. In fact, I called them on a Sunday and they answered the phone and set my appointment. All of the workers are very knowledgeable and they listen to me and helped show me how to do things on my own in case I need to repair something in the future.

I am so glad that I trusted ACS Irrigation with my sprinkler system repair needs. Not only did they arrive at my home early for the evaluation but provided me with a detailed explanation regarding the issues that I was having with my system. I didn't feel pressured at all to use them and they were very patient with the questions that I asked. I am very pleased with the work and it was completed in a timely fashion. ACS was great! I called in the evening and they were able to come to our house the next day to diagnose the problem with our well pump. They were able to get everything repaired quickly to the reduce the amount of time we were without water. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Setup appointment online and received response right away. They setup appointment for next day. Rec'd call stating when they would be out to my home. ACS service rep did an assessment of my entire irrigation system quickly located the problem made the necessary repairs. I highly recommend using this company.

ACS Irrigation provided excellent service fixing issues with my home lawn irrigation system. Services included switching out heads for better coverage, replacing a broken sprinkler head, adding a new sprinkler head, adjusting spray coverage, and running the system for a complete system check. Javier was on time, very professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He even took the time to look at my irrigation control box to find out that my soil sensor was turned off and not working since I moved in. The grass was also carefully placed to the side while adding the new sprinkler head and placed neatly back in place. I would highly recommend ACS Irrigation to my family and friends.

Great same day service! The technician, Javier, was very friendly and worked with me to find an affordable solution to our issue.

He was able to complete the work of inspecting our entire sprinkler system, identifying the problems, and fixing it by changing out some sprinkler heads, all in a couple hours. He also gave me some valuable lawncare advice.

ACS Irrigation was great and scheduling and coming out for our leaky sprinkler head. Once system was checked over, they concluded one of the valves was leaking. After locating the 5 valves, they replaced the damaged one.
Service was communicated great and we are pleased with their service! We will be keeping their contact info handy for future maintenance.

Bernie came out this morning to look at repairing our irrigation system prior to having sod installed. He did an amazing job especially after finding issue after issue. Thank you for a job well done. Thank you for also taking the time to show us how the system worked.

A year ago I had them come and inspect my irrigation system. They charged me over $1000. I wasn't even sure what they did for $1000. They only replaced a few heads and a cracked area. Today, I called another service and they found some disappointing areas. I am still disapponted with their service a year later.

I can definitely recommend this company. They answered my calls right away, were easy to set and confirm appointments, showed up as promised and did a great job installing my irrigation. Called and someone came to my house to repair sprinkler system same day! Professional technician, explained everything in detail and took the time to walk me through everything. Great experience, will definitely use again if I have any issues. Warranty offered on with for peace of mind.

I have a large piece of property and three irrigation control boxes. The one in question was a 8 zone system that I initially installed 25 years ago. Normal maintenance over the years. Been having an issue with an old valve and tried repairing myself. That wasn’t working. Google Search revealed ACS Irrigation. I called the number and within an hour they were here. Two very professional young technicians reviewed my problems and started to work. I was very impressed. They checked the whole system and made some needed repairs. I’m a very happy customer. I will call them again for sure

ACS was quick to come out and give me an estimate which was high, but not terribly unreasonable. They were able to complete the work right away, and I paid with a credit card. The problem came with the receipt. They don't give them to you, and they don't return calls, texts, or emails. I found this to be a recurring issue on BBB, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and let ACS know. I got my receipt within an hour of letting them know, and withdrew my dispute. ACS should make it a practice to give out receipts/invoices for work completed, and consumers should not have to call, text, email, and finally file a dispute with a credit card company just to get a receipt.

Update: Rating changed from a 3 to a 5
The owner contacted me to apologize for the miscommunication, and assured me they are supposed to be sending receipts right away. Having a receipt is my only assurance of the warranty promise, and that I didn't just get ripped off. In the end, the service they provided was good, and I will use them again if I have any future repairs or changes to my sprinkler system.

Highly recommend these guys. Heard about them when they were fixing my neighbors sprinklers and decided to give them a call. Laura helped set me up with a inspection just a few days later.

I've had trouble recently with a couple sprinkler zones working and after the inspection, they confirmed that only 2 of the 4 were working properly. Bernie offered the price to fix just the two or said he could give a discount if I wanted all four. He was good in not pushing me in either direction. Before making a decision on anything, he walked me around the house and explained (while showing) what exactly was going on. And for someone who has no knowledge in irrigation, it was very easy to follow him, which I appreciated.

He also offered a relocation of one sprinkler head that was affected by the fence that we had recently put in and was nice enough to only charge slightly more to move it. Altogether, very reasonable price for the fix and I have the peace of mind with their 2-year warranty that it was done correctly. Thanks Bernie & Laura!
