I have to give this company 5 stars! Not only did they inform me of who will be coming to clean my home 24 hours before the the appointment but they also alerted me that they would be maybe 20 minutes late and yet they still arrived on time! Their communication was extremely professional, courteous, and so kind! That made it easy to book with them. On top of that Shawneka did an outstanding job! She certainly believes in deep cleaning because she left no stone unturned unless I specifically asked her not to! I would definitely recommend and book her again in the future! Thank you for doing a stellar job and making my place feel like home again!

I am thrilled! We met a few days before the initial cleaning to verify costs and scope of work, we set an appointment, she showed up on time, and did an absolutely fantastic job! I have an elderly house cat and she was so accommodating to him while she was working and not to forget to mention how accommodating she was to the “hoomans ’ who work from home. Prime Hood Cleaning LLC is by far the best kitchen hood cleaning company in Tampa Bay. They're very professional and responded super fast. They showed up early and explained everything. The cleaners took pictures of everything before and after, polished the stainless steel, and mopped the floor before leaving. I would highly recommend them for all your kitchen cleaning requirements.

Absolutely terrible. Hired them to clean and seal my roof, driveway, walkways, pool deck and sidewalks at a cost of $11,000 and paid a $5500 deposit.
They were unable to clean the driveway or sidewalks so we agreed to remove them from the project. Then they were unable to clean the pool deck but insisted it was ready to be sealed (see picture below). After going back and forth they agreed to remove the pool deck from the project which meant the only part they actually completed was the roof. They demanded another $1200 for the roof ($6700 to clean and seal a roof???) which I refused to pay.
Upon further inspection they did not replace a single cracked roof tile (the contract called for them to replace a certain number of cracked tiles) and to add insult to injury here we are 1 year later and the roof is dirty again already.

Extremely pleased with the care and concern of Melody who came first to see the area involved and was very attentive to scheduling snd follow up . When I explained I had hoped for a diffetent final look , she immediately sent a crew to reapply another product and it is now what I hoped for. She knows how to take care of her customers and I highly recommend her company.

The Splash Proof team was at my home today. I called for a quote last week using an ad listed in a neighborhood magazine. I was only planning to have my pavers done but after talking it over with Melody, I opted to have my roof and the exterior of my home done as well BUT I got so much more!.
This was a first class team. The technicians were amazing. They were on time, extremely polite and professional. They cleaned EVERYTHING! They did not miss a spot!
I’ve been in my home a couple of years but construction is still under way. I had no idea how “dirty” it was. Today it looks like it has been freshly painted without the cost. If you are looking to have your pavers, roof, exterior of the home, pool cage cleaned…..they do it all.
Mel is a sweet, petite powerhouse. She monitored the entire project from beginning to end.

I had new pavers installed and a neighbor highly recommended Splash Proof. The duo team arrived on time and set up their equipment, quite friendly, courteous and professional. Very efficiently the guys did the job but went beyond expectations. With not only doing the bare minimum, they took care of other minute tasks like cleanliness and attention to detail (sadly I've not experienced this with others) , all the while not disturbing or ruining adjacent property. I definitely recommend Splash Proof, I will do business with them again. Mel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great job!
Part two! We got some more work performed, Melody was pleasant as always and the guys were super professional (Joshua & Mason) cleaning was done very well and neat. The same guys came back and sealed the pavers. End result was fantastic! Our patio looks like new again. Very professional, neat and friendly! Thank you!
