We have moved to a new construction home and had used Splash Proof before for our lanai, walkway and roof at our old home. We were so impress with their work that we have used them again with this new home. We had to do our sealing in two stages as construction repairs on a couple areas would have caused a long delay in waiting to get everything sealed. Melody assured me there would be no problems. The work crew worked very hard and did an excellent job. As promised they came back many months later when the other areas were ready to be sealed. Jose did an excellent job and went above and beyond making sure I had no overspray on my sliding glass doors. I am very please with Splash proof and would highly recommend them.

I’ve used Apple Splash Proof America two different times to clean our roof. Spoke with Melody and Ott the first time, and he explained the process, how it works, how long it lasts, etc. The final bill was exactly as quoted, and it lasted exactly as he said it would. Worked with Adi the second time. Another great experience with the roof. It looked amazing, and still does. I will ONLY use Splash proof Tampa from here on out. I have recommended them to several people. Hopefully they will utilize their services

Do not use this company! They promise 5 year warranty but do not honor it. This sealer doesn’t hold up to the sun and leaves a white residue when it starts to fade. Melody will give you a very impressive bright brochure and will promise you a 5 year warranty. She will tell you how superior their product is compared to others. (This will also be your highest estimate compared to other companies). Don’t get scammed. It starts fading 3-4 months after application and the 5 year warranty is a lie. Now melody says the sealer only lasts 1 year and will have to pay another $2600+. What?!! She sat in my kitchen and promised this product lasts 5 years or they will respray.

Extremely Satisfied and Happy with the work of this crew -- From beginning to end!!! Melody was very helpful from the start and maintained regular contact with me and my husband throughout the process. Josh did an outstanding job finishing off the sealant of the pavers! They look beautiful (look like new)!!! Thank you to everyone involved! Highly recommend this company!

We used Splash Proof to clean and seal our roof, driveway and curbs. We were very pleased with our experience. Melody, Nolin and the others on the crew were wonderful to work with. They were prompt, pleasant, knowledgable and meticulous with their products. They carefully protected my landscape with tarps and rinsed the vegetation before and after applying chemicals. The house was throughly cleaned, rinsed and the roof sparkled. The sealant enhanced the color of the roof and will protect it from algae growth in the future. We also look forward to our driveway and curbs being clean longer with the Splash Proof sealer application. We will be using Splash Proof again to clean and seal the stonework around our pool.

My wife and I did not have a good experience with Splash Proof. Once we completed our outdoor kitchen in March 2020 we wanted to have our brick pavers cleaned and sealed. We shopped around for pricing and quality work. We chose Splash Proof because we were drawn to the sales lady Melody as well as good reviews. She assured us we would get the best finished product with her company. What a mistake that was! Instead of taping off areas to protect it from the sealant, Splash Proof skipped this important step. They over sprayed the sealant about 4” over the stone on our brand new summer kitchen, changing the color of the stone. During this time the pavers already started to show a white haze within days in certain areas. We called them and expressed our frustration. The company that built our outdoor kitchen had to come back, remove the bottom portion of stone and replace it. Splash Proof did pay for the repairs. So when the same tech returned to respray all the pavers, he over sprayed the white aluminum screen cage, sealing in dirt this time. So I called again asking them to correct another problem from the same technician. So they send a different tech to remove the sealed in dirt from the bottom of the cage but he did a terrible job. Most of the dirt was removed but the chemical that was used discolored the white aluminum gray in areas. At this point, we were so frustrated with the poor quality of work and continued incompetence. Now the white haze effect has returned in most areas and our pavers have lost their luster. We’d rather not bother with them coming back to make anymore corrections, we would just not recommend their product.

UPDATE: Finally emailed the sales rep - Melody, and she was as professional as I would expect! She scheduled the cleaning and it was done today under warranty! I am a happy customer! Great company do deal with after all!

I guess they are in process of changing owners and there was a little mess with their communications. Melody assured us that things will get better from now on!

For the last 2 weeks, I called 3 times, 2 messages through their website and messaging on FB... no response.

We’ve been doing business with Splashproof since 2015 and they have a wonderful product to offer for longevity of not only roofs but pavers or anything concrete. Great people to work with

DECK SEAL BUYERS BEWARE!!! Product wears off in approximately three months. Respect for property is low. Fair market pricing is high, huge mistake on our part

Had them Clean and Seal Pavers driveway sidewalks and new pool deck and coping: had work done June of 2022 initially it all seemed great gave all the right answers to our questions and concerns won our business they were friendly punctual and seemed efficient. Until we realized they were not:
First issue HONESTY: they said they would roll the pool coping to not contaminate the water and pool cure finish : they sprayed they over-sprayed. They came back the next day and skimmed the surface of the pool when we complained however we found out a week later Our filtration was already gummed up and brand new filters were already ruined.. more expense for us.

This is to say nothing of the gummy, cloudy coating. It has left on our Glass pool tile as well as glass tile under the coping of our deck stairs, and the damage to our curing pool finish. So the stuff sticks to things it’s not supposed to

Second false promise they do not use polymeric sand! (We asked directly and wee told yes)
The sand around our pool began to wash out, almost immediately as we started to use the pool a month later, and is almost completely gone a year down the road on pool deck and driveway weeds became rampant within 6 months as the sand washed away.

Third false promise, they would cover drains in pool deck. They were taped with painters tape, but as the spray was applied, it gummed up our deck drains.

Wonderful service and professional in all aspects; my tile roof looks new; the team went beyond roof cleaning and did my lanai, pool cage frames, driveway, Hacienda stone boarders to name just a few. Highly recommend Splash Proof to brighten your home. Their integrity is beyond reproach.

Melody, from Splash proof America, came to my home and gave me an estimate for having my home pressure washed and painted. I liked what they offered and decided to have it done. The next day, Nolan and Tanner came and got right to work. My roof was so bad that they had to come back the next day with more cleaner. After the house was cleaned, they put a sealer on to prevent mold and mildew and to protect the tile.
William, the man who's going to paint the house, came by to messure the houses square footage. He took me to Lowes to buy a new door knob for the front door, because it was hard for me to open.Who does that anymore?? He's a handyman and has been fixing things for me as he goes along. He even helped me pick out the color of paint that I wanted!!! It's going to rain so he's leaving, but he just asked me if I had eaten??? I'm blessed by this company and their workers. I highly recommend Splash Proof America.

I can’t say enough about the incredible team at Splash Proof. From start to finish, every member showed true professionalism, expertise, and pride in their work.

Joshua and Kason did an amazing job stripping my pool deck and lanai of multiple layers of acrylic coating that I had applied over many years. Their knowledge and attention to detail were second to none.

Then came Jose, who expertly painted and cut the surrounding pool coping. It looks absolutely perfect, and he even applied two coats. Truly outstanding craftsmanship.

Tanner and Hunter finished the job beautifully by applying a solvent-based sealant that brought everything together seamlessly.

And of course, a huge thanks to Ms. Melody Lu, who led this fantastic team. She’s a talented closer and the kind of leader who ensures every detail is handled with care and precision.

You don’t often meet a team with this much love for their craft, combined with such friendly and professional attitudes. The team synergy here is the best I’ve seen in a very long time.

Nolan and Hunter just left our home and everything sparkling clean! They pressure washed the pool area and the walkway we have around the house. These two gentlemen were professional and easy to work with. They also sealed the same areas. Our walkway is less than 6 months old and we wanted to get the seal down before stains started to settle in. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Splash Proof America! We also enjoyed working with Melody. She was very informative and helpful.

We’ve been using the same person to power wash our roof and lanai for years. We had trouble getting him to secure a time that he could service our house so we ended up calling Splash Proof. Melody was instrumental in coming out immediately and pointing out to us, the reason our lanai looked as bad as it did. We did not realize our roof needed cleaning, and she pointed out that all the debris from the roof was creating the horrific mold and weeds growing in our pavers. We quickly secured a time for her crew to come out. We are ecstatic with the job that they did. The roof looks amazing and the lanai never looked better. They even cleaned our driveway, sidewalk and our curbing around our garden. We had everything sealed which will help eliminate such frequent cleanings. Splash Proof is our go to from now on. Highly highly highly recommend them and the team. The guys are so incredibly friendly as well. Very trustworthy. Very competitive pricing too. Wish I took before pics!

Melody took great care of us! We got a great price for cleaning, sanding, and sealing the pavers on our 2 driveways, walkway, and pool area. We also had the sidewalks and the outside of our house cleaned. Nolan did a great job. Everything looks like new!

King Of Air Duct Vents saved my work week. I was getting terrible headaches every afternoon in my Tampa home office. I called them for an air duct cleaning and they found the system was full of dust and dander. They extracted everything and now the air feels fresh. I have not had a headache since and I can finally focus on my work.
