Dirty windows -- even on the second floor -- don't stand a chance with Servicore Clean! Michael and Josh were professional, yet friendly; fast, yet thorough; the price was reasonable, yet the windows sparkled like diamonds when they finished! Bravo, Michael, Josh and Servicore Clean! I can see for miles and miles and miles and ... well, you get it.

Michael and Josh did an A+ job on our windows. I’ll definitely use them again and refer them to my neighbors. Their pricing is good and their professionalism is great too!

They did a great job on pressure washing the house and lanai and screen, but many of our plants and shrubs are dead now. I did ask ahead of time, as did my spouse, if we should cover them or take precautions, and we were told it wouldn’t be a problem for them. We assumed this was their business and they are likely cautious or used plant safe products, so we didn’t push any further. However, I think they used bleach (that was the smell), and we now have to replace several shrubs and plants. Aside from that, they did a great job on the house and were polite.

Servicore Clean is an amazing company. They came to me with high recommendations and I after seeing their work I was even more impressed. This company went above and beyond to work around my schedule. They cleaned the outside of our house and sidewalks as it was when we had the home built. You will not find a more flexible, credible and with high standards as company has.

Michael arrived at the appointment to give me an estimate on time and was professional. He seemed interested in cleaning my retail storefront glass and aluminum inside and out and said he would email me an estimate. After realizing I did not receive the estimate, I tried multiple times to contact him to see if it was a simple mistake of an incorrect email address. I did speak with him once and he told me to text him the email address, but I don't think the number he told me to use was even a cellular phone. I left voice messages multiple times and he never returned my calls. If he didn't want the job, he could have just said that so I could move on to find someone else. He just wasted my time.

Servicore LLC did an outstanding job soft washing my home. The end result was even better than I had imagined it would be. Michael from Servicore explained the process in detail and completed the work in a short amount of time. Servicore is the only service I will ever use to power wash my home, sidewalk and driveway. Michael with Servicore was very knowledgeable, and helpful during his visit on July 22, 2019. While he was washing and cleaning the windows, he took extra time to show me how to remove the hard calcium deposits and the best product to use. He also showed me what I needed to do to fix one of the window braces that was broken. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.

Michael Joiner who owns this business in my area was extremely responsive and professional. He did a number of homes in my neighborhood and took pride in his work and did an excellent job on my windows. He even fixed a couple of mechanical issues with a few stubborn windows and fixed a few screens where they were coming out from the frame! He went above and beyond! I'd definitely have his services again!
