John and his team helped restored my lanai to its former brilliance! This is the second property of mine they’ve serviced and I couldn’t be happier. This time, my pool deck and screens were cleaned in a matter of hours. I like that they send before and after pictures to highlight the difference. Both pricing and scheduling are fair and quick. The first property was a manufactured home that is still sparkling to this day. Soft wash or pressure wash, they do great work. They’re also respectful of property unlike some other companies I’ve used in the past. 10/10 I highly recommend.

The job was well done. However disappointed, when I asked for an estimate for additional services I immediately wanted them to come and do the job. I never received a call back, I even called and was told that they would call me back to schedule a date. Needless to say never received call and it's 3 weeks later.

I’ve been using ServicoreClean for a number of years for an window washing. They always do a fabulous job which also includes washing your screens. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

STAY AWAY!!! I have never dealt with such an unorganized no good company. I paid for a simple window washing 3+ weeks ago and have constantly been getting the runaround. And that's when they actually answer the phone. If they try to come back and blame it on the hurricane. NO DICE!!! I ordered the window washing a week and a half before the hurricane. I also initially left 2 messages which were never returned before I finally called and got someone on the phone. After 2.5 weeks I finally got a call from them telling me they were scheduling jobs. After 15 minutes on the phone and giving the guy all my info he proceeded to tell me "Oops, sorry, we are not scheduling South Tampa at this time and will call you back to schedule tomorrow". That was over a week ago. There is unprofessional and then there is these guys!!

Since moving into our home 3 years ago, we noticed that our pavers started to become stained and weathered. They looked terrible and worn, but after receiving the cleaning and seal by Servicore, we couldn't be more happy with the results!! Mark was very kind and accommodating.
