Ms Fabiana’s crew is alway very polite, courteous and honest They’ve been working with us for a few years now. Their work is really meticulous and leave a nice aroma at the end of their work. Very satisfied with the cleaning and their personal values. We recommend their work, by the way…it’s good to talk to someone who speaks various languages.

Hired them to do a basic move in clean. The house is fairly new, empty and just needed sweeping, moping, dusting and a basic wipe down. They charged $350 and didn’t even dust, sweep or mop most of the home. I found bugs still left on the window sills, hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower and dust on the stairs, crown molding and windows. Very disappointing. I messaged her about it and received no compensation and no solution. When I sent her these photos she simply just said “sorry, they usually do better”. I normally don’t leave poor reviews but this one was really upsetting as it just needed a basic clean and I didn’t get that and she even admitted they usually do better. I also think it’s poor customer service to say this isn’t ups standard and to offer no refund or partial refund or even offer to come out and actually do the cleaning the correct way.

The thorough and professional thoroughness of their work was exceptional. My punch-out inspection for my residence was flawless, which was largely due to the outstanding work of the cleaners. Thank you

F&C did amazing work! My husband was in the hospital for a week and a half; we had a full house of company arriving for our son’s wedding weekend just days after discharge and I did not have the time or energy to clean our house.

I had a limited window of time to schedule this cleaning - F&C worked us into their calendar, showed-up on time, and finished right on time without cutting any corners.

A team of 3 arrived, divided the “to do list”, and made it happen; 2.2k sq ft + 3 beds + 3 baths + kitchen + breakfast nook + living room + formal dining + office + front and back porches + laundry room + pantry…SPOTLESS!

Appliances are shining, blinds and windows are clean, ceiling fans are dustless, sliding glass doors are invisible…absolutely could not be happier!!
