Amazing service. I was in a hurry and was looking for the same day appointment. They were the only company that provided same day service. And needless to say they did a great job. Everything was so quick and easy - scheduling an appointment, cleaning, paying online. Highly recommend.

I was amazed! There were stains on our carpets that I was convinced I'd be living with until I replaced the carpeting. Zerorez proved me wrong, and I've never been so happy to be proven wrong. They even accommodated my hurried schedule. FIVE stars! I'd give them six, if that were a thing.

Loved how Anthony took care of the floors and his methods, great attitude and explained everything. The pet/biological treatment really helped to get the stains out. And I like the 30-day warranty.

Anthony was a complete professional and gave me a very honest opinion about an area in the kitchen that was heavily soiled, and said he didn't think it would come clean enough. I made the decision that I did not want the area cleaned. I respect his opinion and honesty.

I have a bone white couch that would be the anathema of any professional cleaner. They did real good on it, it looks fantastic, no complaints at all. Service was very fast. Of course, having a white couch I will probably have to tell them about every year, but that’s fine. Very nice guy.

I had my berber carpet cleaned, however when I made the appointment the representative didnt ask me what type of carpet I had. When the technician arrived he said that he wasn't sure how clean the carpet would get because zero rez uses water based cleaners and Berbers are oil based carpets. Joseph was great though.
